This has to be the worst Hilton, and one of the worst hotels, that I have stayed in. Worn out, horrible condition, room was old, tattered, and felt dirty even though I am sure the maids come daily. It was so bad that I could barely sleep worrying that the room might have bed bugs.

Hotel looks a little bit like it needs TLC. Our room was ok, comfortable and big but was not the cleanest place we have stayed. We did not shower, opted to fill the bath as the shower head was not inviting us to use it. We had to continue to ask for the coffee machine to be cleaned and coffee, coffee cups and clean glasses for the room…we ended up getting disposable cups from the coffee area and asking reception for coffee each evening so that we could use the room’s coffee machine in the morning. For a vacation we did not feel that this Hilton Hotel was what we hoped for, but for a short business trip it is probably ideal. Bar lady Trisha was lovely 😊

I did come in about 2p, I wanted to see if there was an option to check in early. but was told that no rooms were ready. I asked again after 30 minutes because i saw that 2 people ahead of me were allowed to go to there rooms, yet i continued to sit patiently. My 10 year old granddaughter was getting a bit restless and wondered why others were able to check in, so i asked again and was told that the carpet was still wet.. yet it was about 330. 10 minutes or so passed and she called my name and told me that she apologized and my room was not involved in the carpet cleaning.. It was a bit disheartening, yet I enjoyed the view of the nice hotel and the flavored water that available in the lobby.I know that being allowed to check in early is a courtesy, yet watching others check in ahead of me.. which you can verify from your data was a but unfair. The hotel was beautiful my stay was nice, that night the a/c didnt seem to give out much cool air but we tolerated it..

The rooms were dirty, bulbs shorted the moment we walked in, mold everyone, including pouring out of the vents. I would never let a soul stay here, and we respect Hilton and Hotels.com greatly.

Couldn't turn on the water. Didn't have the strength to pull hard enough on knob to begin. Had to get help from a friend. Then tub never drained properly. Took forever to drain. Won't stay again. Reservations paid for months in advance. Hotel should have been better prepared for our stay.

After prepaying in full for our stay, upon our arrival we were told that there would be a parking fee and an additional hotel fee. There is open pavement parking no garage, so I m not sure why guests are now being charged for parking. The hotel is old, and needs to upgrade their elevators, AC, and plumbing.
We have stayed at this hotel several times. Front Desk stated that these charges are new. A customer should not be surprised by charges. When paying for the room, Hotel.com gives the total for stay. If there are additional charges this information should be included in the total pricing. There was an issue with the hot water & the AC. We have stayed here because of the marina view and the tasty restaurant breakfast. Now we are told that complimentary breakfast tickets given during special occasions will no longer be given to guests. We normally stay here during a birthday or anniversary celebration.
The Front Desk MGR clearly could have been more customer friendly. Fortunately, we found a beautiful hotel on the marina that we will be staying in the future. This hotel is fabulous! No parking fees or additional random charges. This is a better option for people who want to have value for their money.
Why pay for a old hotel that just wants the money and doesn't provide consistent cool AC, Hot Water, but imposes other charges on their guests. There's always a better option. This Hotel doesn't represent the Hilton standards very well.

Bathroom didnt look clean, tub was dirty from previous use. The staff at the front desk were nice and got us checked in quickly.

The room is a huge area of space. Double windows view are great. Balcony is shared a bit odd so you have to make sure lock and close door. But view is amazing of water. Older property so furniture is a little bit used and dated but still very good and comfortable.

Great location for a quick getaway! As on prior visits, the room and service were great. We could see Space Center from our window and had lots of convenient dining options nearby. Overall, a great stay and great value for the money.

We enjoyed our stay very much, the food was very delicious. The only reason im leaving a 4 star instead of 5 is because the bar closed very early (10pm) and there was a leftover cup and napkin in the lobby that was there from when we arrived until we came back late in the evening.

Our room had some splatters and stains of unknown liquids on the walls. Tub had a hard time draining when I showered. We stayed one night, the was friendly.

Staff was great and friendly, even with the issues we had they were great. The place was dated, smelled like mold, and was a dirty but Our problem was the first night we stayed there a lady refused to let us on the elevator and kicked her foot at my six year old we she tired to aboard the elevator. I felt unsafe and didn't want to bump into again since we were there for two nights.
Later that night I kept getting bit in the bed and woke up with tiny red marks.
Then while we were getting ready to for breakfast with the astronaut around 7am, there was a roach that ran across the vanity.
Overall the stay was terrible for us. So we had to checkout and do a whole routine to disinfect and debug. Added extra stress and expenses to our trip.

Hotel is filthy and loses power throughout the day. Staff are unprofessional and rude. If you want to get ripped off this is your place!

Took my wife here for a quick get away for our anniversary. Got the king bed room with lake views. Did not know it was going to have conjoining doors on each side, didn’t even know it was going to have a conjoining door. Not sure if it was because of the doors or the walls but you could literally just talk through to the other rooms. Would have complained about the room but for 1 I’m very easy going and for 2 I heard the front desk tell another customer that they were over booked that night so what good would it have done anyways… i enjoy staying at Hilton hotels because every one that I have stayed at has been for the most part clean, updated, and the workers always polite. Just had a bad experience here and will not be staying here again.

The only good thing about this property is being close to the Nasa. It really needs an update. Carpets, faucets and shower head needs to be replaced. A/C doesn't work properly.

Considering they were still recovering from Hurricane Beryl, things ran amazingly smooth. They were still cleaning and drying rooms out from the damage they had, so we did not get the view we were expecting. However, the staff did try to work with us and in the end we stayed in the room they originally put us in. Easy access, very comfortable, just down the street from the Space Center . I would stay here again.

Overall an ok experience. Last time i use a hilton. Was told their was complimentary breakfast and found out we had to pay $19 per person for breakfast. Family of 4 by the way. Pools were green and unusable. Beds were hard.
