It was a great location. Went to see the Night of Lights, highly recommend that. It was too chilly to enjoy the beach but will keep it in mind for future trips.

The staff was so very nice. We had no problems and the food and drink on site was delicious and reasonably priced. Being on the beach was a plus even if we didn’t get to enjoy it much. Will definitely book with them again.

Beautiful! We came during the less-busy season and were able to score the beach (mostly) to ourselves. It was glorious! If you haven’t seen the sun rise and set on the beach (especially St. Augustine Beach), you are missing out, my friend!

Amazing stay. Everyone was great. Even though we had to evacuate for the hurricane everyone was as so helpful and I can’t wait to go back. Beautiful place to stay. Highly recommend

Overall the trip was amazing. The beach was great. However i expected a resort to offer any type of room service. They do not. There was not a spa or anywhere choose to have the types of extras i expected from a "resort." It was an average hotel.

I reserved a king oceanview in July for my anniversary in September. Upon our arrival I was told they were over booked and didn’t have anymore king or oceanview rooms available. This really irritated me considering I reserved 2 months in advance. I was offered a double queen partial view or double queen pool view. While the front desk did lower the pricing it still left me upset. This was my 1st time in Florida and our 1st Anniversary. I wish they would have planned better or at least notified me prior to my arrival.

Very outdated. Entire place smells like a grease trap that needs to be cleaned, or is currently being cleaned. Broke. Gym equipment. Some of the worst ‘complimentary’ coffee imaginable.

Property is clean room was small for the price. The restaurant has a band playing so loud when we checked in we could not communicate with the front desk. There were a few bugs in our room as well. Ed not so comfortable. Close to the beach and that was awesome.

The beds were absolutely garbage. The floors were dirty. Very deceptive property - NO CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING. Only a wall unit. Absolutely deceptive listing when you have to scroll to the 84th photo of the rooms just to see that it’s not central air but a crappy loud wall mounted unit that doesn’t work. Do yourself a favor and just book elsewhere this place is a dump.

This is mine & my husbands go to spot every time we’re in St. Augustine. We love the food at the in house restaurant and drinks at the tiki bar! The staff is always friendly every time we visit.

Excellent place within walking distance to several nearby restaurants. Room was clean with a comfy bed. Rachel was great at check in and even gave a upgrade which made the stay even better!
