I just needed a bed for the night and had the best sleep in ages. No noises. The receptionist accompanied me to my room. Very basic room and bathroom but all I needed. I didn’t pay for breakfast but was given clear directions to walk to bus for station and that I could pay the driver. Handy for station now that I know about bus 1 to/from Mistral

Last minute trip and was booked into this hotel as availability in Cannes was very limited due to the festival,From the outside it looks unwelcoming but once inside it is comfortable with the team running the hotel excellent and happy to help with any question asked of them from tact booking to obliging with plug converter.

Business trip to Cannes. Good price, good location, the hotel is super out of date, no air conditioner, TV is not working at all.

This is a good hotel for a stop between cities or no-frills stay in Cannes. We appreciated the late check-in and parking garage for only seven Euros per night, but a large car would have trouble in the driving lanes and hairpin turns. Simple room and private bath were more than adequate for our stay. We didnt have breakfast there, but its on offer just off the lobby. Just as we were leaving, we began to smell cigarette smoke in our room, then saw theres an ashtray out in the hallway that wed remove if we ran the hotel. It was very quick to the promenade in Cannes the next morning to walk around from train station carpark.

A good hotel but can be noisy with early morning deliveries. Rooms at the front are better. A 20 minute direct walk to the beach at Cannes makes this a great place to stay. Reception are very helpful and speak several languages. Street parking is free. I would stay again.

Hotel is much cheaper than many others in Cannes and is a 25 minute walk from the front.It is set just off the main road in Le Cannet and my room at the back was quiet However dont expect luxury. The hotel is very dated, with basic facilities. The beds were comfortable.

The hotel wasnt too great... The wifi never worked and the restrooms were small...If you are looking for a hotel to just sleep and save some money, this is OK, but otherwise i would not recommend

I booked a room between 25-26 August 2014. Overall I was happy with my stay there and I would recommend the hotel as a good choice if you travel in business at Cannes or if you do not mind taking a 20 min walk along a nice boulevard to the beach/Palais de Festivals.
The only problem happened after my return home when I noticed that I was charged for the room on my credit card, although I paid in cash at check-out at the hotel (I have got a receipt for that) on my departure day.
I was told that the hotel system was temporarily unavailable and they were unable to process my card at the time although they tried. Btw, their complementary internet was not working during my stay.
As I do not leave in France I was trying to contact the hotel by their email - sent several emails - but no reply so far.

slightly out of town,but the Manager went out of the way to arrange transport for a group of guests so that we could save taxi cost.Well done

Great place to stay. The staff was super attentive and were able to meet special requests. The front desk closes at night so make sure you give your number in advance to anyone you may want to contsct you as they wont be able to transfer your call from the front desk in the after hours.

This hotel was convinient for Cannes Film festival in comparison to Cannes Palace Hotel. Had free wifi be part of the room, it would have been great.

The internet does not work. When I went on Trip Advisor one customer said the same thing. I asked 4 other customers at the hotel when I was there and they had the same expereince. The manager swore it was just my computer. This is not the case with me or anyone else who complained. That aside the hotel was OK. My room by the elevator was a bit nosie and the carpet was stained and a bit old. Breakfast was good and there is a bus to take you to Cannes.

I went for MipCom, so every other place was incredibly expensive.
Free wifi . Reception was welcoming, room was clean. 20 minutes walk to reach the promenade de la Croisette, or for a Euro the ticket bus No.1.
This is what you need for a short stay. I recommend this place.
