This is the second stay at this property. First time was more than adequate but this time was awful. Opted for the "better" room type this time but it was so much worse. No window in room #1223 and a middle of the night cockroach find. Gross! The bed was extremely uncomfortable. Will not stay here again.

Not sure how this hotel has a 4 star rating with guests. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of one is that the customer service was great! The front desk staff was very welcoming and eager to help. The hotel room itself is very old, the washroom is old, and the rug on the floor was not clean.

The fireplace was not working, nor was the hair dryer. The carpet was worn and the curtain had a tear in it. However the staff was friendly and the breakfast was good.

Continental breakfast was poor, no food eggs sausage bread and when bread came it was frozen hotel front staff was amazing very helpful in recommendation of supper

Overall good stay, but bathroom sink did not function properly: stuck drain plug ,poor sink drainage and over pressurized tap that tended to spray all over.

The staff was good the room was clean but that pretty much ends it there the hotel has a bar in it so if you like music in your room until after 2am this is the place for you but if you booked your hotel to i dont know sleep than look else where the jetted bath tub was a nice feature but when it turns on automatically durning the night a half dozen times its not so nice anymore doors slamming all hours of the night noise is a massive problem also the bed felt broken in the middle so even getting comfortable was impossible overall horrible is an understatement i would have preferred to sleep i my truck

The decor was tired. The building is a bit of a maze. There is an enormous event area that first floor rooms surrounded. Potential for sleepless nights. Only one elevator and cramped lobby. Breakfast room was hard to find. Reception staff were good, friendly and helpful.

No houskeeping available. Was told if we needed towels we could call front desk. We stayed 3 nights and not once did housekeeping come to our room. For the price we paid per night, I would at least expect housekeeping to empty our trash.

The motel is in a good location - close to many attractions. The room was OK but not great. The bed was far too firm. The bathtub controls were in bad repair and difficult to understand to properly control water temperature of the shower. The toilet needed to be flushed multiple times to work properly. The TV had basic channels which did not contain Fox News as part of the package. No listings for channels were provided or instructions on how to access the local channels which were offered. I had to ask at the desk. Overall, the breakfast was good but not great. Hot dishes were the same every day and did not vary. The personnel were friendly and did offer assistance if asked. The indoor parking was nice.

With the hallway was opened for anyone from off the street to just walk right in, i felt like anyone could break in, plus the restaurant was one that really catered to younger people, they had a good chance to just walk right up to our doors, also the kitchen foe the restaurant was down the hallway and the food was brought in in a cart. And i hope you dint want to use any toilet paper in your room, you had to stand up to reach it, way to far away from toilet. Our room did have a fireplace, which might of been neat in the colder months.
