My stay at Comfort Inn & Suites was very enjoyable. The staaff is very friendly and the hotel is well maintained and very clean.

The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others. The only issue for me was the vanity lights could have been brighter ✨️

It was a get away to see a local performance. The Comfort Inn was great. Close to several restaurants.

Clean. Staff very friendly. Our room stayed too warm even though we had it on the lowest setting. We reported on the way out and they were going to look at it.

The pillows had a very dirty smell. I could not sleep because the smell was bad enough I couldn’t use them. It made me feel uncomfortable thinking that the bed was dirty.

Arriving at the hotel at 11:30pm to find that my paid in advance reservation was cancelled with no explanation and no room available. I will not ever book with Fairfield Inn again.

Was very upset that, upon my arrival I was told there was a “maintenance issue” with my room but they had made arrangements for me to stay at another local hotel. That would’ve been fine if the alternate hotel wasn’t a dump!
There was a Delta hotel (a Marriott property) just a few blocks away and would have thought that they would want to keep it in the family.
Very disappointed! I stay at this Fairfield 10+ times per year but my now reconsider when traveling to Green Bay

We stay at different Marriotts often, this one does not deserve the name. Dirty, damp and musty. Definitely a major water intrusion somewhere. Plus the elevator makes unsettling noise as it lands on first floor.

The hotel was very accommodating. Had good breakfast in the mornings. The hotel staff were attentive and nice. The area had a lot of restaurant options and close to HWY 41, which was good for traveling and getting around.

Everything was clean and well maintained, the staff was professional and helpful. The included breakfast was better than most, and staff came our frequently to check on what needed replacing and to wipe and clean. There was a good amount of handicapped parking. The hotel was quiet. 10/10

Terrible. Dirty, has not been updated or renevated ever since they built. Looked to check out right away as I saw conditions but hotels nearby were sold out. Honestly was concerned I could possibly get beg bugs or lice.

we have stayed here numerous times, but this time just did not seem as good. The television did not work and we were not told of this at check in. We had to say something to the staff before we were informed. The room was not booked for 3 people, yet was outfitted more for two (towels, etc). the breakfasts were also not as good as they have been in the past.

The tvs in the entire hotel didn’t have service. There was no laundry bag by the ironing board. The alarm went off at 5:45am and again ten minutes later on what was supposed to be a lazy Mother’s Day morning. Other than that, it was okay. Staff was great and the breakfast was really good.

It’s ok- expected it to be a little bit cleaner. The couch in the King suite was stained all over and dirty. Bed was hard. Pool area was nice.

We reserved 2 rooms with 2 queen beds and got one bed and one sofa bed in each room. The sofa bed is fine (although uncomfortable) for one person but definitely not for 2’people. One room also didn’t have blankets for the sofa bed. The sofa bed had garbage in it. We also had 2 towels for 4 people. The front desk was less than helpful and told us this happens when you book through a third party. Yet I’ve never had that happen at any other hotel when booking third party. The elevator didn’t work for a portion of our stay. The one positive - the breakfast was decent.

The pool and hot tub were nice. The pool was a bit cold but the hot tub was nice and hot. Breakfast was great. Loved the oatmeal/yogurt topping bar. The crescent breakfast sandwich was very good too. The worst thing was the bed. They are very hard. We ended up sleeping on top of the covers for some padding and borrowed blankets from the front desk. They need some padding on them. Very close to eateries including Golden Corral.

The staff was welcoming and very friendly! I wish I got her name, but she worked the front desk on the weekend. She was wonderful and very helpful during our stay! The only concern we had was the elevator as it seems to be in need of repair.

The motel was overbooked and we didn't get to stay there. We received an email 10 minutes before our arrival stating they were overbooked and we were moved to a motel on the other side of Green Bay. The motel we were moved to was a Super 8 and not very nice along with being in a poor location for attending a Packers game.

First, the positive - friendly desk staff; 24-hour hot tub/pool area was appreciated; breakfast had good options; room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Needs improvement - the floor in the pool area was really dirty; the elevator was also dirty; the breakfast area set-up was very inefficient for more than one guest at a time, with the waffle makers tucked into a corner with the microwave as well as the rack containing plates, napkins, silverware. Only one person at a time could get to any of those things.
