Office extremely helpful and responsive

When I first walked into the room, I couldn't breathe because of the moldy and smokey smell. There were roaches running everywhere and the bed was less than sanitary. The window drapes were tore up and the toilet didn't work. I slept in my car.

ME AND MY WIFE HAD THE POOL VIEW IT WAS A BEAUTY!!!!! BETTER THEN THE BACK SIDE

This hotel is in the middle of renovation, it's basically a bait and switch. The check in does NOT look like that at all, it's a window on the side of the building. Room was recently refreshed, beds were moderately comfortable, but sheets had stains, room smelled a bit, and blackout curtains didn't block massive lights on all night long. Staff were nice, but pool hours didn't make sense (not consistent, open when they said it wouldn't be, closed when they said it was.) This is a pretty grimy area - I travel a lot and the "check in on the side of a sketchy building in the middle of the night" made me feel pretty uncomfortable. Also this "elev8" is or was a Super8 motel and basically same quality. Lastly, I probably wouldn't have even left a review - they're clearly trying to improve the property - except the hotel emailed me three times asking for a review, which is really annoying.

It wasn’t bad just what you pay for I guess I think cops got called the night I was there heard some people arguing and crying the room next door idk but what you pay for isn’t all bad

My room smelled like cigarettes and I can hear noisy neighbors.

I had booked a non smoking room. When i got there they blamed expedia. They had no non smoking room. According to the manager since 7pm lol i made the reservation after 8pm. Had i known the condition of the room i would exceed united airlines budget and went elsewhere. I found dead bug on one of pillows, roaches. Most of night i heard lot lizards in the parking lot, smell of pot. My door looked like it had been forced open and i feared the door was not secure. What little sleep i did get was with the chair in front of the door. Most electrical outlets available did not work. The bathroom outlet my cube just fell out. By the bed only half worked and was in use. One outlet had the refrigerator and microwave plugged in.The only outlet that was available was by the door. Bedspreads looked like burned rejects from goodwill. Only good thing was the sheets looked cleaned.

Thus pkace is a scam. They did not honor my reservation. They wanted to give ne a room i did not ask for at a orice indid not agree to oay. Horrible people. No empathy

I liked the easy access to the freeway.

This place is unsafe, spend the extra $30 and stay in a real hotel, I thought I was going to get mugged!

Everything is great here. It's close to everything and the bus transit is great to go anywhere around here.everthing is close together. Come see for yourself.

NOT HAPPY WITH MY STAY AT ALL!!!!! Had to change rooms twice!!! Front desk was rude but it was supply and demand and I bit the bullet and stayed TERRIBLE ACCOMMODATIONS!!! I really want a refund

The rooms are always clean and the staff is excellent. It's in walking distance from corner store, shops, corner store, restaurants, hospital ER, electronic shops. The best thing that if you don't have a vehicle, no problem because just put front there is a bus stop. I think the rooms are fairly priced. Come see for yourself.

Tv did not work. Room was dirty. Toilet was dirty.

Wasn't anything special. Was a bed to sleep on but was very loud and hard to sleep because of thd highway right beside it

Horrible, not welcome in the lobby, had to go to some weird bell for night access even I arrived in the day. it had been rated as “good”, room completely beat up, no tv, I think it was a monitor that didn’t turn on. Bed was horrible, could feel the springs. The funniest, no toilet paper holder. Total trash motel.

Very noisy, no water no coffee pot, many many etc. Support to stay 3 nights but stay only 2 nights.

This is a cheap motel... But it is quite and clean-ish. My car was safe parked outside.

It was a home between home place for us. It was affordable and as comfortable as we made it. Stayed for a month and a half. The front desk was very nice. Housekeeping is very noisy though. So make sure you watch them.
