The staff was so nice. Our room was on the end, supper spacious and quiet. Breakfast was great.
The TV was a little small for the room size and there were black spots seeping through the paint in the bathroom. But it was very clean.

This was one of the cleanest hotels we have stayed in and we travel a lot. I do a big check in every room we stay in and I was stunned by how clean the ground under the headboard was!! Even in the fancy Disney hotel it wasn't that clean!

We stayed 3 nights and the check-in was easy and quick. I didn’t like that there was no elevator which made carrying things a lot harder. Also our blankets and towels had funky smell 😷

Basically the pool , exercise room hot tub were not allowed to use. No elevator. Didn’t even offer a discount. The least they could have done.

I didn’t realize it did not have an elevator. Glad it only had two (2) floors. The room was clean and they cleaned every day which was great. Loved having the large body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in the bathroom.

Check in was super uncomfortable, whatever title Amber has she was treating the other ladies inappropriately. I was trying to check in and the lady couldn’t even focus on checking me in correctly because of Amber having to ask her stuff multiple times with an attitude. Stuff that shouldn’t be addressed in front of guests was being addressed. There is no elevator, and the bed in my room made so much noise anytime I sat on it or moved while I slept. The bathroom door had holes it in that almost put white tape over and attempted to use a marker to color it to match the door. I heard guest complain about no hot water in their room.

We were given a room which had the beds made but the bathroom had not been cleaned nor the sink or the mirror nor the carpet had been vacuumed. My husband informed the receptionist who quickly came and saw the room. He apologized and gave us a different room. We were to say the least shocked!
