The only probleme is waiting 1h40 mn for the hotel bus at the airport you can see all others hotels 3/4 time but yours !!!!

Rooms were ok, very bland looking and not great. Bathroom was not clean and had mold in the shower surround. Loud at night.

When we checked in they said the reservation was cancelled. When we checked on what happen after returning the hotel claimed we did not show up. I feel since we did not check in until 10p they had given our already paid for room to someone else.

Although the air conditioner was noisy and the card key didn't work, they quickly dealt with the problem and were very kind. The outside noise was loud, but I wore earplugs so it didn't bother me.

The fact that you have to pay $40 a night to park is RIDICULOUS!! Not to mention, when you take a shower, and someone else showers at the same time from another room in the hotel, the water gets cold😡

This hotel is very clean and comfortable. My family and I stay at this specific holiday inn every time we come to LA. Staff are super friendly and accommodations are great.
We love the breakfast buffet they have, this time around we had lunch and dinner there, which we highly recommend. Food was great and from a clean kitchen.

The Hotel was dirty. They charge for parking. A ridiculous amount in my opinion. This isn’t advertised on hotels.com that is a hidden fee. For the total we paid we could’ve stayed somewhere nicer and most likely have our parking included

First of all Expedia attempted to charge my card and cancelled my trip when I chose the option to pay at hotel. Well my account thought the charge was fraud so blocked it and then my stay was cancelled. The associate at Expedia was rude and impatient the managers at the hotel didn’t seem like they wanted to help me and had LIED and told me that Expedia already called them and my stay was cancelled when I was on the phone with Expedia and NO ONE TALKED TO THEM BECAUSE NO ONE WAS ANSWERING THEIR PHONE. Probably will never use Expedia because of this or Hotels.com to find places to stay just horrible service all around

I booked this hotel well in advance of our trip, for two queen beds. I’m traveling with my husband and our three children. We came to Los Angeles to celebrate the end of my daughter’s chemo therapy by seeing Meghan Trainor at the Forum. We arrived after the concert and the first thing I noticed is the entrance is a little difficult to get into. There’s a McDonald’s in the front.. I pulled up to the front doors, went to check in and was told that we were placed in a handicap room with one queen bed and a twin. Let me clarify that I did reach out to the hotel and ask for an early check in. When the day of check in came, I didn’t hear anything. Check in is at 3pm so by 2 pm I reached out and asked if the room would be ready early and I received a response saying we could come right then but it was already after 2 and we had a concert to get to. So that didn’t work out… So we arrived after the concert and I was told we only had a room with one queen and one twin, I was taken aback. There’s no way that’s going to work for my family. I asked her if there were any extra beds, she said no. I asked if there was a rate difference she said no. I asked if there was anything with two queen beds like I paid for and she said no. I’m curious if they just switched us over to the handicap because it was readily available for early check in? If they would have asked if we were okay with the handicap room for early check in, I would have said no thank you. It was mostly unpleasant.

The hotel and staff were wonderful. The shuttle was awful. We waited at the airport for 1an1/2 hours.

Hotel was basic. When I stepped in the tub it felt like I was walking on a water bed due to a water leak somewhere in the shower. $40 a night for parking is ridiculous especially when parking at the Hyatt Regency in Westlake Village, CA is only $12. Which is a much better area compared to where the Holiday Inn is located.

We went to a concert near by and this is my second time staying at this hotel. The hotel is safe, rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, staff is friendly, there is plenty of parking & the check in/out was so easy. Parking is $40 & the deposit is $100. It’s a pretty busy area because there is a lot of venues near by, but it’s not noise and we were able to sleep with no problem.

Overall stay was good, staff were friendly, room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Hotel is about 35mins walk from Metro K and C lines so practically requires an Uber each time, used Bird Scooter one time but there's a sizeable "no ride" area in Inglewood between the hotel and Westchester station so that's not very practical. Fridge in my room appeared to be inoperative (wasn't cooling) and WiFi although stable is quite slow at only 10mbit.
I did like there's Laundry facilities on Floor 2 for a reasonable $4 each for wash/dry payable by card only, however the soap dispenser is an old coin slide model with no change dispenser or card payment option ($2 in quarters only), so you need both card and quarters to actually do a wash properly. There's a McDonald's directly outside the hotel but due to poor traffic management there's frequently a long queue snaking around the parking lot, this confused Uber drivers requiring a walk away from the hotel to meet.
Overall stay was good, area nearby is a tad sketchy (spotted homeless folk routinely on the road outside the hotel) but that seems fairly typical for LA so can't really knock the hotel for it. Hotel shuttle worked well, best idea is to give hotel a call so they can ensure a driver is en route when you're at the pick up.

The WORSE sleep I have ever had at a hotel. I had the people who were in the room next to me banging on the walls until 3am. I filtered out the hotels with breakfast included, because it is more convenient for my family to eat breakfast in the morning. This hotel DOES NOT include breakfast, you pay an additional $25 every morning. HORRIBLE experience with this booking and hotel.

Very disappointed. I was hoping for early check in, no luck. Had to wait until exactly 3pm. Bar and restaurant was not open until 5pm. Ridiculously inconvenient. Finally got in the room and it had an odd odor. Took a shower right before bed and noticed mold on the ceiling!!!! INCREDIBLY DISGUSTED WITH THIS HOTEL

The staff there are very informative and friendly. Shuttle from and to the airport is a plus. Has a good restaurant inside or McDonald's right in front of the entrance. Overall, it was a good experience.
