Breakfast was automatically added in the price to stay one night, you could not opt out of paying $14 for the breakfast. Breakfast was supposed to be served from 7-11 a.m., but the staff didn't arrive until 8:00 and wasn't available to serve breakfast until 8:15. Staff were very slow. It took over15 minutes to get food. You could tell the staff did not want to be there. I wish I chose to stay at the Hyatt where others in my party stayed.

Stay was rather nice. But do not I repeat do not use the so call breakfast vouchers at a cost of $14 per guest. You come out better going to 7-11 around the corner. Refrigerator food that’s taken out and warmed up to the most minimal temperature. That’s if they have what’s advertised on the menu. And the cashier/ microwave cook has an attitude out of this world.

Well. First of all, there are signs everywhere from the entrance to the elevators that literally say "Daily Happy Hour 4-6 p.m." Well, it turns out that does not apply to weekends. That is false advertising. We went to your bar around 4:00. We had 4 Fireball shots. They costed $20 each. $20!!!!!!!!! That is the dumbest thing I've ever seen. I could buy a bottle for less than that. The one bartender you had was nice and pretty good, but he was about 20 minutes late opening the bar. The room itself was pretty decent. No complaints there. However, my room also came with "breakfast". Well the "breakfast" was a bunch of sort of pre-made items, most of which we not actually available. We got a scone and two fruit cups, and that did not use the whole $28 amount that you get for 2 people (they give you 2 cards for $14 each). We actually went out for a real after we left the hotel. The pre-made wraps did not appetizing at all. So again, the room was very nice, but everything else about the stay was very underwhelming.

Loved staying here. Rooms are new and clean. Friendly stuff. I was pleasantly surprised! Will definitely stay again.

Nice hotel to stay. The shuttle bus takes you to the Reston town and the bus driver gave as guide which really helped us. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We had stayed in the property for two saturdays in a row and had a great experience both times. The first Saturday we had not a great experience with the Bar and Breakfast, but the second both were much better. The full breakfast was very nice with many tasty options and the attendant was always available and very helpful. An overall great experience this time.

Beautiful Property with assume staff and quiet rooms that were well furnished. Our only problems were with the rather odd and confusing Bar and Breakfast Bar staff. It was hard to figure out what the set up was and the staff was not particularly good about explaining how they worked. Others also seemed to be confused at the experience. The menu was hand printed on a caulk board with limited choices. Another patron told us that we could custom order a sandwich which we did and it was tasty but one requested item was left out. They took the sandwich back and added the missing item without problem. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay. If I went back again, I would just opt to go out to breakfast.
