We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa July 2024. We were amazed at the property and location. The parking is easy, the hotel is also located right off the main Sedona strip. You can walk easily to dining/ drinks/ shopping. The creek runs right behind the hotel and is easily accessed in multiple areas on the property. There is even a swimming hole that is larger than grasshopper point and on hotel grounds! We spent a whole day there, that was the kids' favorite. We had a jetted bathtub and a beautiful custom walk-in shower in our master suite. The small things matter. Our villa had a washer and dryer with some basic supplies provided for washing clothes. There was also a new paper towel roll in kitchen. Those tiny touches really help when you're traveling with a family. We will definitely be back!

The view out of the back of the property is amazing. Such a fun place to stay with kids. Centrally located and walkable to many places. Would definitely stay here again!!

Staff is absolutely amazing! Food everything was great.

The patio door is locks automatically when closed. I was locked out of the patio. My room key was only programmed for one day even though I had a two nigh stay. I was locked out of my room and had to go to front desk to fix. Buildings/rooms are old and dated. Only plastic cups, no glasses or coffee mugs.

We were so pleased to be able to book this stay on the 4th of July. This beautiful, comfortable hotel is right on the main drag in Sedona, within easy walking distance of our favorite shops and restaurants. The staff is great and the views are spectacular. We will be returning.

This place is very nice. Customer service is great. The breakfast was delicious. I used the outside pool it was a little chilly but it was nice. We are driving cross country with a 6x12 trailer. I didn’t realize that this hotel was in the tourist area of Sedona and to park with a trailer we had to park quite far from the hotel and walk up a hill to get back. This was fine except when we went to check on the truck before we went to bed there was a car parked and casing it to see what they could get. They took off fast. Registration called the cops and asked to patrol the area during the night. Again customer service was great!

Our stay was fantastic. Hotel was nice, amenities were great and breakfast was wonderful. If I were to be back in Sedona I would stay here again.

We loved the location of this hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good. The rooms are a little run down but very clean and had everything you need. The view of the red rocks cannot be beat! We did have a problem with our room on the second day. The air conditioning stopped working and it was over 100 degrees. We mentioned it in the morning to the woman at the front desk. We were told someone would check it. We came back around 2 and the ten was 77 in the room. Brittany at the front desk was now looking into it. They tried to fix it but couldn’t so they changed our room…problem solved. We also got compensated for one night for our trouble. Thanks Brittany. Beds and pillows were very comfortable….close to restaurants and shopping.

My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and this was our first time in Sedona. Our stay at the Best Western was great! Staff was friendly, prime location in walking distance to all of Uptown Sedona, the room was clean, bed comfy, provided toiletries were nice, and our view was unbelievable! Some reviews complained about it being "out dated" - it actually looks like most the hotels in the area. It's exactly what we expected it to be. The morning breakfast was really good - especially the daily frittatas! We probably saved about $50 / day just by eating breakfast at the hotel! So if you're complaining about the price for the room, factor in how much money you'll save on daily breakfast. The restaurants in the area is average $20-$30/per person for everything. After a long hike, we enjoyed using the hot tub in the club house.. which is only maybe a 3 minute walk from the hotel. We absolutely loved the Nescafe coffee machine in the lobby - we drank latte's every morning and they had a water machine so we can fill up our water bottles several times a day! If you want a "resort" with access to hotel restaurant and spend lots of money for coffee & breakfast every morning & spa days, then maybe this isn't the hotel for you. But if you're looking for a clean, comfortable hotel with amazing views, great breakfast, & friendly staff - this is for you!

Very poor lighting where suitcases would logically be placed, extremely soft mattresses were like 15" of "pillowtop" with no firm support beneath! Felt like I was sleeping in a hammock. I had to ask for a cot for the week! No place to throw trash from wastebaskets, and front desk would not send anyone to take trash away. Nasty black scratches on inside of toilet bowl. Large vanity and sink area should have room divider to make a "dressing area". Otherwise, drapes had to be closed to keep hotel guests from seeing inside the room. A person using the room would want a dressing area with privacy walls that would allow drapes to remain open for beautiful view of Red Rock. No almond or soy milk at free breakfast, no black tea (all herbal with no caffeine) at breakfast, and no decaf or herbal tea in lobby at night! Why is everyone in the world so clueless about tea except for the Brits!!! RULE: Mostly black teas with caffeine in the morning, and mostly herbal or decaf tea at night!

Great location in the heart of Uptown Sedona! We had a room with a red rock view and it was fabulous. Beds were comfortable and parking was easy.

The property was awesome. We had the cottage (I believe it was called). Secluded and very quiet. It was a great place to stay.

This hotel is beautiful and comfortable, it has a breakfast room and a latte machine in the lobby, but what I like about it best is the location. We can walk to our favorite restaurants and shops from the hotel without having to worry about parking.

Hotel breakfast was excellent!! Rooms are dimly lit. Hard to see to comb hair and put on makeup. Parking awkward. We were disappointed our stay didn’t qualify for stay two nights get one night free since we made the reservation through Expedia.

Decent hotel. Great views of the mountains if you get a room ok that side of the hotel (whcih we did not ans we were looking at tje street) balcony was good size. Rooms were a bit dated and bathrooms were small and could use updating with some water damage. Breakfast was good (but repetitve everyday). Game room had several broken items. Easy walk to main town area - literally next door. Charge $10/day for parking...boo
