It was good. Nearby location to my mtg. Very quick room service. And food was good.

Clearly the manager has never looked at the property from the perspective of a customer. Arrived at night in rain. Parking lot full had to lane out back. No problem there is a big sign there “lobby.” Standing there in rain can’t get in without a key. Why have the sign? They could have had a button to talk to front desk and get buzzed in. Desk says they get that complaint before.
Get to room. No water bottles. A full Marriott at $250 a night and they can’t leave water in the room? Is this Motel 6?
Called front desk for water. Phone rings three times then disconnects. System is broken.
Went to front desk. They are busy. Wait in line for water. Desk staff is nice. They have already told manager rooms should have water. Manager has not made it happen.
Next morning for breakfast. Pancakes and crispy bacon. 20+ minutes for food. Bacon is soggy. Sorry they are waiting for the oven to heat up. Ate the pancakes (excellent) and left never got the bacon. Waitress said she told them first time bacon was wrong. Why did they serve it?
Overall this facility needs a new general manager.

This hotel was honestly amazing. The bed felt like I was laying on a cloud. It had the best shower head I've ever had, in a hotel. The only reason I'm giving this a 4-star is because both the indoor and outdoor pool was very cold. My son was very excited to have a pool and we didn't last more than 20 minutes due to its temperature.

Specifically requested to be in a quiet area they put us across from the ice machine and throughout the night younger people were running back-and-forth in the corridor. In addition, the housekeeping service kept knocking on the door or just simply trying to open the door to the room from 7 AM on, I am requesting that you refund our nights stay which was Friday night. We spoke to Bobby Saturday morning at the front desk and she said she would reach out to the general manager about this

Staff was great! Due to Microsoft world wide outage, they could not program keys so they had a LARGE amount of extra staff to let people into rooms. Even after running around all day, folks where still very pleasant at 9PM

I’m requesting a refund I have pictures. My room was not up to standards. The bathroom was dirty. The shower was dirty. The body wash was empty and the air conditioning was making a banging noise every 30 to 45 minutes. It was a horrible night and very expensive

The staff was extremely rude and unfriendly upon arrival. I stood at the counter for 15 minutes with a toddler before someone decided I was good enough to be taken care of. There were two employees there bluntly ignoring me. The pool area was well kept though.

Perfect overnight stay for concert.Breakast was inviting and tasty next morning with ample fresh brewed coffee in pot at our table.Staff at front desk we’re very helpful .

The TV did not have an HDMI port, so my son could not play his games while he waited for me. The breakfast was $22 and was NOT CLOSE to worth it. The bathroom was super cramped with no shelving or stools or hooks for clothing. Other than that, the pool was amazing (don't forget the goggles).

Got here a little bit late in the night came and went to bed woke up in the morning to realize how dirty the room was there’s a drink and water bottle on the counter dirty washcloth in the floor shower and a half open catchup packet stuck on the back of the door Did not notice until I woke up in the morning pretty much came in the place at night time walked in turn the TV on brush my teeth woke up in the morning to find all that which makes me think that nobody cleaned the room prior

Heat was broken and blasting at 90, maintenance couldn’t fix it. The solution was to turn the heat off and room temperature dropped to 50. Could not stay in the room in either environment and hotel could not provide a different room or a refund.

Concierge was was not very accommodating in changing my room assignment. Seemed very uninterested in helping me. I was with a large group attending a wrestling competition. Hotel staff was rude and condescending about arbitrary rules regarding eating and drinking in the lobby. I would not stay here again

Less than I expected. The outlet in the bathroom didn’t work. The provided hair dryer didn’t work. The fan cover in the shower fell during my husband’s shower. The rooms were clean but the refrigerator was very small and there was no microwave. Very dated. Since the rates are higher than many other places, I expected more. Wouldn’t stay again.

They will charge you for the room even if you call and cancel the booking more than 24 hours ahead of check-in time.
This is off-season when they have plenty of room available. Hotel of this size should provide flexibility. Don't book through Expedia. They are of no help!

The room had chipped paint, curtains that dragged on the floor, no bathroom fan, a chipped cabinet, "art" consisting of wallpaper in a frame with a large bubble in the middle, poor lighting requiring a flashlight to fill the coffeemaker, an old barely working refrigerator, no free wi-fi (really?) and finally, was advertised as a king with a sleeper sofa, but was a king with a chair. I suspect that this was their room for Expedia users. The property was poorly maintained with no usable back door for those unfortunate enough to be in room 172. Better than camping, but not much!

Was charged a no show for a night we nevrr reserved. Attitude if the fromt desk attendant was not nice nor helpful. We asked for a manager and they said there wasn’t one on site.

For a hotel this expensive, Wifi and breakfast should be included! Also, the woman who checked me in said all the right words, but her tone was anything but welcoming. The sink in the bathroom was slow to drain.

I usually stay at a different hotel nearby when I visit Albany, but I opted for the Mariott this time (even though it was about $50 more a night). When I opened my hotel room door, there was another 30ft blank hallway beyond it (?) before I turned the corner to my room. The tile of this hallway into the bedroom was greasy/slimy - my sneakers slid a bit on it when I was standing still. The room also had a 'screaming toilet' (there was air in the line, and it made a repeated high-pitched noise). The internet in this room required a cost of $13/night and breakfast was another $20. So, not only was the hotel room dirty (slimy floor) and in disrepair (toilet), the amenities that were free at the other hotel I had to pay for here. I had stayed in a Mariott property in Florida last year, and I expected better from this company. The only saving grace was the truly wonderful front desk woman who was extremely helpful. I would not recommend this hotel, and certainly not at this price point.
