This hotel is a very underwhelming experience.
My room wasn’t ready and till after 8 PM.
Breakfast was average.
The walls are paper thin so you can hear your neighbour sneeze!
Won’t be staying there again!!

We loved our stay! It was clean and cozy. Breakfast was available for free daily, we used the pool and laundry room and we have no complaints!

This hotel can use an update and refresh. The room smelled like cigarettes. It was very outdated and it didn’t feel cozy, like I could relax and watch tv. The pool was really small and dirty and there was no hot tub. Definitely not worth the money to stay here.

Parking was expensive at $12/day when it really should be part of the room expense since this was a pricey hotel. Breakfast very mediocre and basically the same everyday. Checked in on a Friday and didn’t plan to clean til the following Thursday, right before we checked out. Had to go to a different building to get more towels. Came to town to visit my son so struggled with the extra cost of parking.

I loved the hotel. Our room came with two separate bedrooms and bathrooms, kitchen, breakfast and small living room area. We usually parked in front or near our building. The property was very well located so we were able to get around places easily.

The complex is nice but the outdoor areas need some wok. The grounds are somewhat run down. The suit was very nice and updated. The icemaker wasn't working and after we called the front desk it was replaced in less than one hour. The continental breakfast was alright. The pool was small but clean. To our surprise there was a pickle ball court but the plastic covering the court was warped and hard to play on. We had a great experience and would definitely stay there again.

The floors in the room above us squeaked loudly when people walked. Th non smoking room smelled like someone had smoked in there for years.

The suites offer more room and furnishings for longer stays. This worked well for us! It have been newly renovated/updated.
The staff are generally friendly and helpful. The breaks offered hot items, but it could use a bit more options. They were out of things a few times.

This hotel was great but for the price, we had zero housekeeping come in even after multiple asks for them to come in and speaking to housekeeping themselves they still didn’t bother.
The room was great but outside the room, the floors are sticky and filthy! It would take nothing for housekeeping or janitorial staff to use a pressure washer and clean things up a bit but it wasn’t done.

Breakfast was pretty good, decent variety. It was nice having the unit close to the parking lot for easy access to our car. The room had not been cleaned well, the pool was disappointing for the kids and kind of green. Not bad, but not great. I would consider other properties first.

The front entrance is poorly lit and the asphalt is extremely uneven. Terrible trip hazard. The breakfast area is colocated to a construction area, as is the front desk. Gave me an asthma attack and a headache from the strong chemical smell.

The construction on the property is messy with a lot of standing water. We didn’t notice this on our last stay, it was very obvious this stay. Also found out if there wasn’t construction we’d have to pay $12 a night for parking. I don’t think we should have to pay for parking for a stay in Bothell WA

The breakfast on the 24th was very good, we loved having a fireplace, and a separate bedroom.
We didn’t care for the breakfast this morning on the 26th, it was disappointing.
