This property is clean and checking in and out was easy. The area around it has plenty of shopping and dining options. It's about 15 minutes from the airport.

The room originally given to me had a colony of roaches in it as soon as I walked through the door, when I asked for a refund the employee had me go to another room that was apart of the “ plus” rooms. Needless to say, they only keep the “ plus” rooms clean

One of the worst hotels i have ever stayed at. Chose here because of location and having a pool. However pool was closed on the day we arrived. When we pressed about it i was told it would open by 9am the next day. Yes, they unlocked the gate around the pool but it had never been cleaned or opened and prepped for the season. When i complained about the durt covering the bottom of the pool she tried to say it was chipped paint. The water had no movement so it was clear the filtration system was not on. Pool was disgustingly filthy and unusable. Of the 3 mornings there the breakfast waa only open 2 days and the 1 day it was almost out of everything. The clerk apologized that no one went to the store to refill that night before. And the few breakfast items offered were all cold prepackaged items. Our room had a bad smell. So bad we went and bough febreeze. The tv remote would not work and it was hard to turn on the tv and get it to the right input so a few cable channels would come in (a waste of time). In our 3 nights there not once did housekeeping stop by to provide fresh towels or empty trash. There were not enough towels for 2 people so we had to request more. Not enough towel racks. Every time we used the shower it soaked the tiny bathroom floor. When i went to check out the front desk clerk did not respond to the bell i rang 4 times. I called the desk and he finally stopped eating breakfast (in the breakfast area that was closed to customers) and came to answer the phone.

The staff has a horrible attitude

This place was a mess, in all aspects. Pool was out of order in mid June in Alabama. Room was dirty with hair and noticeable grime. Some soaps were out, the TV would stop working due to some issue there. The place needs some work. In their defense it was cheap, but don’t think you’ll have a woman stay there with you!

Check in process is terrible. Talking thru a little window is silly.

The room was dirty and smelled. The clerk told us it Was a no smoking room and the room door also stated it was a non smoking room. Yet when we got in the room it smelled of cigarettes. The smell was so thick I had an allergy attack. The floors were filthy. The carpet had a sticky feeling to it and the bed covering had some questionable looking spots. And there were roaches. I killed several roaches! The tv didn’t work half the time and the ac unit sounded like a lawnmower in the room. The fire alarms would randomly go off. We chose this hotel to save a little money and because the pictures and rating was good. I would pass on this place and spend the little extra and the best western up the street. We have since left and our luggage smells and I certainly hope we didn’t bring bugs home with us. This place is not worth the savings.

Customer service was awful the room was not ready upon arrival and it smelled like cigarettes. I dis not stay there I had to find other accommodations.

I've been to the Huntsville Red Roof, and the Orange Park Red Roof. Never again. The rooms stink. Although someone washes the bed sheets OK, they are stained. The near concrete floor was dirty, the bathtub is stained and the furniture is scratched and dented. The room isn't cheap either. It's like a place where people take hookers to. I'm done with this motel.

Overall it was a nice stay. Quick check in, safe location, clean room, quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

They were not friendly

No matter what time I went to the lobby it was locked and I had to go to the night window I was never able to get coffee or breakfast

They was friendly and professional. But the room wasn't what they advertised and it had a musky smell,and we couldn't get the tv to work or dial 0 to get front deck

I only stayed one night Checked the room for bugs and anything I could find. It was a regular night The bed was ok for me I slept like a log Didn't check the fridge are the TV and the sheets smelled clean

Our room was updated and very comfortable.

Pleasant staff. Coffee and yogurt for breakfast was convenient.

It was a short visit.

I was disappointed in our stay because we were told there would be a breakfast there. The first morning there was not much to talk about. Muffins toast yogurt. When I went to get orange juice it did not work. The next day we came down and the breakfast supposed to be served until 9:00. It was around 8:30 and the lady told me at the window that they didn't have any juice because a juice machine didn't work and so they closed the restaurant. I said why, you can't you still get like a slice of toast or a muffin? She did offer me a cup of cranberry juice.

The room was a nice size and everything was really clean!

Female office staff is extremely rude and unhelpful

This was not a good stay. I was on the bottom floor with the room facing a busy intersection. I checked in a little after 5pm, and left around 9pm because I was scared and uncomfortable staying there because of the people above me. I was hearing suspicious activity with loud banging noises and sounded like a female was crying getting beat up by what sounded like a Hispanic man. I was hungry so I began to walk to Arbys next door to get a sandwich and watched 2 vehicles in the parking spots with Hispanic men watching me, so I began to walk fast then began running to arbys when I saw one vehicle start following me. Arbys was closed so I quickly ran back to my hotel room as fast as I could and as I was running I noticed a Hispanic man overlooking the balcony on the 2nd floor and he said “pssst, hey” to me but I ignored him. The walls are thin at that motel, and I heard the man on the balcony call over to his guy in the vehicle say something about me after I just got inside, then he started speaking Spanish to him. I had a gut wrenching feeling from the noises I had heard upstairs earlier that evening and felt extremely unsafe, especially being a young woman there alone, out-of-state. I called 911 because I was scared when I heard Hispanic men very close to my door talking to each other and I thought something bad was going to happen since I was alone. 3 police officers showed up to investigate. I asked an officer to escort me to another place because I felt so unsafe.

It was a clean room. Hot water. Difficult TV to use. Quiet

The room was clean and everything was like it was in photos. Just the room had like a musty smell to it but other than that it was great. Pet friendly was a must because we had our Chihuahua with us...

Easy access to our room and the breakfast was good clean area and friendly staff

The room was clean. The beds were extremely comfortable as were the pillows. It was quiet around the area we had a room.

This is one thing g the worse hotels that I have ever stayed in. They have roaches and the front desk was rude. I was giving a dirty room and when I told the front desk they just said it was nothing they could do. So I went to pack my things to leave and a man keep harassing me. Highly recommend you don’t stay here.

The hotel shows sign of its age. The room smell like the previous guest body odor and needed air freshener to cover the order. The bathroom need to be updated due to breaking down. Overall, a cheap hotel. You get what you paid.

There was a bed bug found on our bed. We packed our things in the car and went to discuss the issue with the office and her response was that her boss would be in at 8 am that we would have to come back then. She did not offer any kind of sympathy or anything. Had to ask her abt switching rooms bc we had no where to go and she couldnt give a refund or anything. Then she got a attitude and said she wasnt going to move us again.

Easy to check-in. Room was clean, king size comfy and cozy bed. I'd definitely stay again!

There was a fight that broke out our last night. The yelling, screaming and loud banging against the walls went on for more than 45 minutes and the staff did nothing. Stay away!!
