Been staying here for a few years now and never had a complaint.

When we entered our room, it had a weird funky smell to it, similar to vomit. We immediately called the front desk to hopefully get another room, but they were sold out for the night. The front desk attendant told us the manager was not on-site at that time, but that we would get a call the next business day from the manager to understand better what happened and hopefully get us a discount on the rate. It's now been over a week and we have yet to receive a call or even an email from the manager or anyone else.

Hotel is adjacent to a highway and without a noise machine there was much noise from the highway. Outside lighting was very bright and shining right into the room even with the blackout curtains pulled.

Booked last minute because there was a great price for a 2br suite. My only complaint is that although the room was clean, it smelled like there had been large dogs in the room prior to us. The smell would not go away.

The place needs a little fixing or renovation.
For a Residence Inn by Marriott, I had high expectations, but was wildly disappointed. The rooms, carpet, needs deep cleaning. We wore socks and could see the extreme dirt the floor and carpet. The hallways were a little worn out. Or the breakfast was a totally underwhelming. I wasn't the only one complaining at the lack of customer service by the breakfast crew. The food was low quality and tasteless. Now except all that, the front desk staff were actually very good!

The property is ok not an excellent place but fair the staff is divided the lounge personnel some are nice and attentive some are rude and less caring. Room service is poor not too responsive and very gossiping therefore anti professional

My family and I would definitely stay at this hotel again. It was very quiet and we always felt safe. Free and easy parking is always a plus and their complimentary breakfast was also very good! We had no complaints about this hotel!

Good location, breakfast was fine. Air conditioning was excellent. Kitchen was well equipped. Mattress was comfortable and large. But there were some insects coming into the room, flies, mosquitoes and small spiders, probably from the land next door. I think they should also improve the washing of towels, it's a good thing we brought our own to use. But on average the hotel was fine, I would stay there again.

The air conditioner was quiet. The rooms were spacious and clean. The scenery was pretty. The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfasts were hot and delicious. I would definitely come to Residence Inn again

The state of disrepair on the exterior of this hotel is astounding. The building is quite literally crumbling down. I have many pictures of the alarming conditions. The pool and jacuzzi are not open which was a huge disappoint. I will say, the room was clean enough and comfortable. But I can’t get past the terrible condition of the buildings. Also, there appear to be many people of questionable character living in the rooms.

We already paid in full prior to checkin, when we got there the pool was empty. They did offer to refund if we didn’t want to stay but at that point we couldn’t wait for a refund and find another hotel. The main reason we got a room there was specifically to bring the kids swimming. They should have noted the pool closing on their website and I would have found someplace else in advance. Breakfast was supposed to be until 930 the next day, yet the staff member who was doing the breakfast was upset that people were still trying to eat at 905. She even spoke about it in Spanish to another staff member which isn’t very professional. We ended up leaving the breakfast area because we didn’t want to be in the way. The first room we were given was ok but the garbage disposal wasn’t working so the sink clogged. We had to switch rooms late that night because maintenance was gone for the day. I feel like for the rate we paid, we shouldn’t have had a lot of these issues. At this point I’m not sure I will stay at this hotel again because I feel like it was a waste of money.

This location is an old apartment complex so there are multiple buildings and each room entry is from outside. Not ideal with children. Very noisy between traffic and anyone outside. Thin walls, windows and guest above us kept me up with any movement.
I was hoping for rest and did not have that. We squeezed into one bed because the pull out sofa was very uncomfortable plus immediately next to the entry door which was not sealed so drafty and noisy. My children did not feel safe and I don’t blame them.
The exterior needs upkeep and seems to be in disrepair. Needs work!

It's not that the hotel wasn't clean, it is just in need of serious repair. Concrete walkways crumbling, siding falling apart, carpet in elevator worn out.
