Very nice and friendly staff!! Needs an upgrade with technology and cameras to support nice establishment. Truck broken into first night there. I decided I wasn’t safe and just went back home.

Overall nice and clean. Matresses are spring, if sharing you will get to know when other person changes side. The other downside was a train line near by and the moving train with honks making you wake up as they pass by. The BWW near by was nice to have.

Drove 3 hours to arrive at the hotel and he told they had no rooms left. I reserved my room 3 hours before my arrival, they could have notified me before I arrived so I could’ve made other arrangements.

We were created by and quickly checked in by the friendly staff- even though all of San Antonio was crazy with festival and concert tourists. The room was clean and quiet. The hotel is conveniently located just north of the city-making it easy to go downtown and less than 10 minutes from SAFC/Toyota Field!

We absolutely love this hotel chain. The breakfast was excellent and so was the evening meal they provided. The staff was very friendly. The only downfall was that we were put next to the exercise room which was ok until around midnight and we were woken up by some people being very loud and you could hear them running on the treadmill. Plus the AC in the room wasn’t cooling off too much so it was hot to me in the room. We would definitely stay here again except in a different room.

Overall a good stay. There were some visible areas in the room that were dusty and we saw a few greasy hand prints but the beds were freshly laundered and the bathroom was very clean.

I will admit, I was assisted as best as they could. The A/C unit went out, in July. The room reached a peak of 82°. They were able to get a few box fans for us to put into the room to help circulate some air. It helped but was still warm to sleep in. Staff was good. With a very booked hotel they couldn’t get us into a new room. But we did get some complimentary beverages from the kiosk area. I know they felt bad. But beside from the warm room everything really was great. Would book again.

The hotel itself was nice and clean and the staff was very friendly. My reason for not giving it all the stars was do to noise level. My guess is the area it is located. My room was next to a side street and there was some type of racing going on all night long that left me with very little sleep.

The stay was good. The king size suite had a separate sitting area that made it feel larger. Get there early to get the free breakfast and there is a happy hour which gives snacks and some complimentary beverages. I felt safe and the staff was friendly. I'd stay there again.

The staff was great, everyone from the front desk, to the maintenance man and the lady in the kitchen, the maids were great also. What I didn’t like was a couple families with about 12 kids hanging out in the lobby making a racket right below my room, making it weird for anyone going down to get popcorn or drinks. Running around on the elevators and up and down the hallways like it was Chuck E. Cheese or something. We ended up cutting our stay short because of it. Definitely not the hotels fault, just crap parenting
