rooms were clean and staff was great

We request room cleaning more then twice. We left the hotel after 4 days no one shows up for our request. And a front desk ppl are very rude.

Nice place to stay

Convenient location, nice size rooms. Construction going on in neighborhood. Unable to control thermostat AC on timer. The room met our needs minus getting a little warm.

The check in staff were excellent.

Bathroom was dirty. Long hairs on the floor and in the tub and on the ceiling of the shower. Red stains in the carpet by the beds. No free continental breakfast. You have to pay for parking.

Room reaked of smoke. Impersonal staff.

Easy access from interstate Very nice, comfortable Great bar/ restaurant. Lisa was excellent!!

Quick check in and out process. Everyone was very nice. The beds was comfortable. Not in walking distance to restaurants or plazas. Price for night could have been less since the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Parking should be free since there is no city area. Overall, my stay was great and everyone was nice. I did utilize the pool and sauna which was a little old but it worked for relaxation. I would stay again, especially for the warm soft cookies.

It was excellent

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was helpful and friendly. We did not like being surprised with a $10 per night, plus "service fee", plus tax per night for parking. This amounted to $37.50 for three nights. There was no security in the parking lot to warrant extra expense. It looks like corporate greed. It also was not mentioned on the website so this was an unpleasant surprise. More so because it was the only parking option in the area.

We stayed there for 4 nights. On the 2nd morning, we told the receptionist that we wanted our room clean, she told us we need to tell them the night before. So I said that’s fine, I need my room clean the next morning. The 3rd day, we went out the whole day came back our room wasn’t clean.

When we arrived, though I had a double queen room reserved, they were out of them. They gave us a suite with an adjoining room for no extra charge! That's good service!!

Day one only was clean. Maid service. Even if request towels, you got get it on your one from front desk. Sometimes front desk runs out certain kind of towels. Over all very poor service. We paid Hilton rate and got roadside Motel. Disappointing 😒

Always my go to hotel! Love it!

It was just ok, I stayed there for a festival, we called a week ahead of time and asked about the shuttle service they told us to call a number an hour before we needed the shuttle, got to the hotel to check in and found out that there was a sign up sheet for the shuttle as the festival was keeping them busy (understandable) we signed up for the 4pm shuttle, waited in the lobby at 340pm, when the shuttle arrived we went outside to be told that we could not get on because they already loaded up 11 people who were standing outside even though those people didn’t sign up for the shuttle services, so we had to spend a lot of money for Lyft to take us, it was a hot mess, not only that but they jacked up the prices to the hotel because of the festival and the hotel was just average, our room door was broke and didn’t open well, the elevators were dirty, and the staff were not all that friendly or helpful, definitely definitely not worth the $300 a night price tag that they charged

Bathroom was moldy

I stayed at this property because it was one of the only spots available for a busy music festival weekend. The neighborhood isn't great, so keep that in mind for future bookings. The facility and room were clean and check-in/check-out was easy. However, two things that were disappointing. One, this hotel charges people (even if they are staying at the hotel) $10 per vehicle per night to park there. This was never advertised or said until we arrived. I had to double check with the clerk because I've NEVER seen this before in the cities. I thought it was pretty cheap of them. Two, they have a shuttle that will take you within 10 miles. I called two weeks in advance to ask about it and was told they only have a shuttle if "someone is working it that day". I asked if it was guaranteed and was told no. When I called again two days before arrival to ask, I was told the shuttle would be running, but was first come first serve. Okay, no problem. We arrived early to grab the shuttle and were told that too many people had called in to reserve the shuttle and the wait would be 2 hours. Wait...I was told it was first come first serve? I just found the whole experience pretty unprofessional and maybe they just weren't ready for a busy weekend, but on top of it all, not one employee was kind or polite. Really disappointing.

My family and I always rent here with no issues. However this time they kept our deposit in full on top of our full payment for the room. I’ve contacted management but was only transferred to voicemail and the frustrated desk staff advised me to wait 7-10 days for a refund on our deposit. If they keep the deposit I would at least like to know why. So far no returned calls.

Staff were incredible. The shuttle took us to a concert downtown and picked us up. Great area.

I would recomend staying here. It was a decent hotel for the price. Staff was very friendly and helpfull. Lady at the front desk was 2nd to none, just amazing.

This is clearly an older Doubletree and was not particularly well-maintained. During prime hours in the evening, there was only a skeleton crew, including a skeleton crew in the bar restaurant and kitchen. It’s not particularly bad but it’s not particularly good. This is not a high-end hotel.

Sherry at the front desk was very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions we had...she does a great job!!! Also, Lisa in the bar was awesome...great personality!

The location to the airport, FGS, restaurants, attractions

The beds, mattress, blankets, the electrical outlets, and towels are good. But floor near the headboard beds was very dusty and dirty. I notice of the dirty, because one of the pillar accidently falls down to the floor and I pick it up the pillars.

Ur was just perfect

computers were down at check in, so it took almost an hour to get checked in, when we finally got to our room, we noticed the room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned (garbage under the night stand, hair in the bathroom). staff were nice, but it was evident they were short staffed at time of check in.
