The rooms were clean and comfortable

We were put in a ground level, corner, accessible room. (We do not require this type of room) The bathroom was freezing! You could not walk on the floor without freezing your feet, never mind sitting on an ice cold toilet. It wasn’t just cold - was freezing. Left the bathroom door open so the warm air from the room would warm it up but then the room got so hot. You couldn’t regulate the heat - was either freezing or sweltering. Ask for a higher room because you hear every single footstep above you especially when kids are running and jumping in the room above you. Needless to say, we did not get much sleep between the noise and the heating issues. Others in the breakfast room were also complaining about the heat. The breakfast staff and front desk morning staff were very nice.

The person checking us in was polite and helpful. Our room was very clean which we appreciated and the carpet looked new. Other positives to mention was that it was in a good location, the pool was warm, and the hot breakfast had quite a few choices (two waffle makers, egg omelets, sausage patties, oatmeal, yogurts, etc.). It was a great choice and experience for the value!

I’ve stayed here many times before it is basic but what I do like is the staff are very friendly and helpful here when you’re looking for anything! It’s a little outdated, but for the most part is accommodating for a couple of nights getaway!

Quickest check in ever, less than 2 minutes! Our room had a slight sour smell to it, but nothing a lit candle didn’t take care of quickly. For the price it’s a great room for a great price! Would stay again.

Staff friendly courteous and helpful. Rooms were spotlessly clean . Breakast room was clean with a well supplied continental breakfastast .
Only downside was on second night there was a family above and we could hear them walking around heavily which made us think that the ceiling insulation was insufficient

We got good value for the money here. We enjoyed the breakfast! Eggs were tasty. Bed was older and not very firm but otherwise the room was clean. Was a bit stuffy so we could open our window thankfully. All the staff were VERY friendly. :-) We would stay here again if the price remains similar.

We found a place well run. You could tell that it was an older hotel but the thing that was most important to us was the fact that it was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

Breakfast is average, coffee is terrible, reasonably quite, tissue poor quality, staff helpful, overpriced for what you get, only one chair in room, unfortunately Grand Forks does not have a quality motel for a fair price.

Clean & the staff was great. Since we had our dogs with us there was an additional $20 per night per dog fee & we were placed in a room downstairs near an exit where we could easily take them out for bathroom breaks. The continental breakfast was extremely minimal: bagels, oatmeal, cereal, coffee & tea but it was well stocked & there are lots of local options close by. The pool was nice & warm. Our key cards stopped working intermittently for no apparent reason. Stayed 3 nights & would stay again if ever in the area.

This hotel used to be a nice place to stay. We stayed last year and it was good but this stay was not. Little to no staff around and they were definitely not very friendly. Our bathroom smelled like stale urine, i wiped around the toilet but it didn't really help. Beds were really soft, so if you like a soft bed it's good for you. I will definitely put it on my list of places I dont want to stay again.

Was just okay. Property could use some work. Bathroom and room were clean. My key card stopped working a few hours later and had to wait at front desk because they were doing whatever in the back when they should be at the front. Not much for breakfast options but better than nothing at all. Would only recommend if you are staying overnight or two nights at the most.

Great friendly staff. Beds too soft for me but loved the feather pillows. Pool nice and warm but small. Not much for breakfast selection and they seemed to run out of coffee all the time. Our a/c was making noises and they had no issue moving us quickly to another room. Overall not a bad place to stay and would stay there again for the price.
