Very clean and contemporary. Relaxing space. My only complaint was the requirement to join the Bonvoy program to use the free internet. This was kind of a hassle and the site was slow and glitchy. Internet worked fine, however, once this process was completed. Beautiful grounds. We usually stay downtown when we bring my son/visit him in college, but I think we'll stay here again to take advantage of the golf. Drive to downtown is fairly quick.

We stayed at Residence Inn for a week, there were standout features, but some fell short of our expectations.
Pros:
Beautiful Rooms: The rooms were beautiful, spacious, and provided a comfortable stay.
Pool: Clean, well-maintained, and the perfect spot to relax.
Location: The views of the golf course were amazing. Waking up to that serene landscape was a real treat.
Outdoor Spaces: Absolutely 5 stars. The outdoor seating area was a highlight of our stay. The fireplaces, cornhole, and giant Jenga made for fun, relaxing evenings and these amenities truly enhanced our experience.
Cons:
Breakfast: Unfortunately, the breakfast was utterly disappointing. Residence Inns breakfast is usually great but this one was an exception. The options felt more like gas station food than a hotel breakfast. There were no waffles, pancakes, or potatoes – the kind of treats you look forward to on vacation. Instead, we were left with 3 of the same boring cereals, the same 2 bakery items every day, and unappealing to-go breakfast sandwiches that seemed like they came straight out of a plastic bag. While they did offer nice toppings for the oatmeal, the oatmeal itself came in Togo container, and not even cooked. One of the warming tins was empty every day.
Overall, we enjoyed many aspects of our stay, particularly the beautiful rooms, pool, and outdoor spaces, the breakfast left much to be desired. It’s an area that definitely needs improvement to match the quality of the rest of the hotel.

Our stay was great! The hotel was clean and had some many amenities! We were there for 4 days and it was great. I loved the kitchen in the room as well as the separate bedroom. Close to everything and not far from downtown Milwaukeee!

The room was perfect for my stay for myself and my child with special needs. The room was spacious and quiet. My only complaint is the giant mounted cheap shampoo and shower products in the bathroom. The odor made it stuffy and difficult to breathe.
Otherwise the location is great. Peaceful. The no party policy will make this my new go to hotel for hospital trips while my husband undergoes cancer treatments.

We arrived very late (10:05 PM) and the hotel bar was supposed to close at 10, but they kept it open so that we could have a drink and relax after a very long day. The Bartender Ryan was absolutely incredible and so accommodating.
Our room was perfect! the size was nice and the kitchen was perfect for our needs over the weekend. The staff was so kind and attentive to all of our needs. The bed was very comfortable and it was nice to have full sized pillows. The desk was quite large which was nice for me to be able to setup my laptop and side monitor.
The bathroom was larger than expected. My only ask would be to have a tub in the bathroom. It is always nice to relax in a tub after a stressful day.
With all of that said, if you are traveling to Brookfield, or Milwaukee, this hotel should be a top if not a first consideration as your place to stay.

I found it interesting that the rooms are only cleaned once every seven days. I did not like that at all. I also did not enjoy the fact that i had to STAND in order to utilize the "business center", which is just two computers that you must stand at, in the lobby. While standing at the computer, trying to focus, one of the staff members kept yelling "shut up" at another. I probably wont be staying here again but i did like the room and location.

Nice rooms, quiet place, but I would like to see a folding luggage rack in the room for my suitcase and maybe a coatrack on the wall when you walk into the room. Everything else was really great. Thank you for having gluten free breakfast options! It would also be nice to have tea/coffee available all day.

In Milwaukee traveling with the grandkids which we do often. Overwhelming our new favorite place now. Clean comfortable room with plenty of space and a beautiful walk in shower. Excellent breakfast and pool! We will be back!

Front desk was very kind and responsive. Welcoming when you walk in, ready to help you with your stay. Made suggestions regarding checking in. We delayed checking in at their advice and got a nicer room for the wait.

The hotel and its facilities are very clean and situated in a golf community. Basically has all the amenities if you are planning to stay a short or an extended stay. It's close to major malls, grocery and restaurants. One of the best that I've stayed at!
