It was amazing. They had my wait for my check in but gave me a gift bag of goodies because of the lateness. Complimentary breakfast was amazing and staff was super accommodating

The bed was very comfortable. The TV had a great selection of Chanels to look throw. On the down side, the ice maker on our floor was out of service and no vending machine. You had to go to a room off the lobby for Ice.

Room was clean and well stock. Front staff was friendly. Breakfast staffs is the best I ever encountered, very friendly and competent.

Our checking was a little late, since the room wasn’t ready. The carpet in our room seemed very dirty, even in breakfast areas. Requested a quiet room but upstairs was making noise…

The price was less than other hotels I considered, but beware, the pictures are deceptive. The walls need a coat of paint, and d the carpet was not clean

In the main the hotel staff are pretty good. The rooms are dated albeit the towels and bedding are very clean. What lets this place down is the breakfast experience. You dine in what is used as a Chinese restaurant at night. It’s not clean, carpet is dirty. Hostess was having her own breakfast on our first day and she greeted us with a mouthful of food!! The offering is low quality. Fix that and it could easily be a 4 star

Maybe it’s just me but I’m trying to figure out what a $250 per night room should look like anymore. This is an old hotel that’s had some upgrades to make it look newer. Not everything was refreshed. The carpet in our room was who knows how old and the room just had an old smell to it.

This hotel is located a ten minute walk to the sky train and in a convenient location. This was our second time staying here. Staff was great and our room was spacious. The breakfast was really good and we were happy that we stayed there. thank you

Great price, within a 3 block walk of the SkyTrain. Breakfast hot buffet was stellar…the most options of food I have ever seen included in your stay!! Staff were all excellent.

It was terrible from the moment I opened the door. There was an unknown spill right at the door and an indescribable disgusting smell. There was strings and pieces paper all over the floor, mirrors were filthy, hair in the shower, and the grout in the bathroom was moist leading one to believe there was a leak somewhere. The air in the room was either freezing or extremely hot and would not regulate. The latch on the door was broken and the door jam had been broken at some point and just painted over. Could hear every little movement and conversations from every room around us, zero sound proofing. O/10 do not recommend!!

The motel itself is nice and clean and well maintained. It wasn't as loud as I expected, and the free breakfast was very good. For the money, it's a great deal. We did move to a hotel that had a better location and was actually a hotel, not a motel.

We stayed there for a family trip. The place was clean and very busy. They have a Chinese restaurant where we had our wonderful breakfast. We could have ate there for lunch and dinner, but we went to the PNE that was the purpose of our trip

Easy to locate, elevator to the second floor, very nice breakfast, delicious restaurant on the property. Staff was helpful to locate another restaurant within walking distance. Although we didn't use it, the pool looked nice, and people were having fun there. The room was clean and well laid out.

Clean motel in a suburb of Vancouver, with excellent variety of dining options right in the area. While this is titled as ‘Best Western Plus,’ which in my experience means newer facilities and costing more money, this was an old motel that was quite expensive for what it is (cost the same as a high end hotel in another area). That being said, it is very clean with an attentive, helpful staff. But if you are looking for new facilities and rooms and gym, this is more of a motel.
