Clean room. Comfy bed and bedding. It was a pleasant check in and out. Staff were helpful and friendly. Great safe paid parking. It was a quiet area. Feels like a home away from home.

It’s right next to the freeway so it was loud. We got no sleep. The room itself was lovely. It was huge with a full kitchen and nice bathroom. It’s 5 minutes from the stadium so that was a plus. It’s $17/night to park.

Stayed here with my family for one night and it was fantastic. Deseray checked us in at the front desk. She was very professional and polite, her customer service was 10/10. Wish we were staying more nights but in the future i will stay here again when in town.

Front desk didn’t have my reservation ready when I got there took about 30 minutes to figure it out. Was late for appointment due to delay .

Probably best to look elsewhere. Ants galore in the rundown unit. Right off freeway so very loud. Very poor lighting. Building in desperate TLC.

I stayed here 4 days in which each day was a different itinerary and charged $17 parking each day eventhough nowhere in the booking do they state there is a parking fee or how much the parking fee would be. Very shady business. I wouldnt have booked here had I known of the ridiculous parking fee. Definitely not staying here. The sign at the desk does not get noticed unless they say so when you check in. But they don't tell you when you check in.
Don't know why they charge for parking when there is no parking issue. They should be charging those who shouldnt be there.

Got a room all the way in the back right next to highway construction was noisy at times. The lighting in the room could be improved. The bed was clean and comfortable. The bathroom room area was clean also. The staff very friendly . Room spacious . Parking fee was what I expected. Breakfast good.

The cleaness is terrible. We stayed for 3 nights, but no room cleaning at all. And we even see the trash from the previous stay from the bed! It is so disgusting!

This property is spread out w/ several clusters of units which makes access to your vehicle very convenient. The staff is very helpful. Fitness center/room is small & has mediocre equipment.

Check-in was quick and easy. Staff at front desk was friendly and approachable. Location was near offices and long-term rentals very safe area. Room was clean and and location was perfect. I was surprised to see there was a $17 overnight parking fee for a vehicle, that seems a bit high check out as well

The area is very clean and the room was very clean and spacious, but the highlight was the desk clerk, Danny! He was incredibly welcoming, kind, and helpful! He made the experience ten times better than any hotel/staff experience we’ve ever had— and we’ve had some great (and not-so-great) ones! We’ll stay again, for sure!

Need to add power washing at least once every 60 days (or as needed) to the maintenance schedule. Also need to paint or place signs where there is stairs along the walkways due to limited lighting at night. Also notice broken down spouts where a person can injure themselves if they hit up against it. Other than that the staff was very nice and attentive to our needs.

I said noisy but that was in the dining room during breakfast because of some family talking so loudly over the phone and to each other when they converse, their children was also running towards the waffle maker to beat other guests.
There were many families with children too but they were collectively courteous to other guests. Overall, nice stay. Will come back again.

Never been to a Residence Inn where I had to pay for parking. Room was very nice but near the freeway and therefore noisy even with the windows all closed up.

Asked if there's a parking charge when checking in. The receptionist told me not with a smile. The bill I received today show a $17 per day parking charge. Our daughter lives nearby and we could have parked in her place.
