Tired room that needs a refresh. Walls are somewhat thin. Pillows are awful because they're just air. Bed was ok. Shower was warm and had good pressure, but the head would only point out of the bathtub, which drenched the floor in water. Overall ok, but really needs an update.

Excellent location and a great bar area. The hotel will recommend parking nearby if you send them an email. One suggestion was free on the weekends but a 20 minute walk away. Otherwise there is a garage a block away but it’s about 35€ per day and busy on a Saturday.

The hotel was easy to get to on the free public transport from the airport, and ideally located for the centre of the city. We had breakfast which was extensive, all the staff were very helpful. I would stay again and recommend.

Helpful desk clerk gave great tips about local attractions. No air conditioning, but staff gave us electric fans and that helped. Best breakfast buffet in elegant dining room. Easy walking distance to bus. Superb location in upper town.

It felt like a old 5 star hotel, where the concierge recognizes you when you enter. Loved the feel of the old world style.

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely, good selection. Location was fantastic for the old town. I loved the art deco style in the hotel and our room with the balcony and lovely view (room 551). Also appreciated the provision of slipper and dressing gowns and tea/ coffee, although there was no black tea options or milks provided (I would have asked if I needed but we didn't end up needing to). Some might find the decor in need of updating, and agree that it may need a refresh but for me it added to the charm. The hotel does seem to be updating some rooms as floor 4 looked refurbished. I would hope the refurbished rooms still retain the art deco character. The lounge and dining areas and old lift were beautiful. Would definitely stay again if revisiting Luxembourg.
