Well there were no trash cans in the room. The door to the room had a large gap in it. It didn’t have the usual body soap and shampoo and conditioners that every other hotel we stayed at offered.

The room smelled. When I came home my clothes smelled like the room. The door wasn't sealed well. There were gaps around the air conditioner.

The rooms are dirty and full of cockroaches and they don't clean the rooms!!! They say they clean them every 4 days

The inside closes at 8 pm..however they have a night window that we checked in at. Staff was friendly. Eoom was clean. Nothing fancy, but a clean room for the night.

I booked this room on Expedia and was charged through them. Then, when Checking in, I was charged AGAIN! I said something and the man said Expedia did not collect money. Not true. I emailed in the following days as both charges went through.. no response. Sent another email, no response. The room was fairly clean although many things were broken, but the environment and people yelling outside the door at 2 am was uncomfortable at best. I got up very early and left quickly

The doir to the room looked liked it had been previously kicked in. The deadbolt was faulty and the door secondary latch was almost out of the door. So useless. We checked in about 11pm my husband wouldn't let me out of the car to check in due to feeling it was unsafe. So he handled that. About 1am there was a woman speaking loudly outside our doir and then a man came to speak to her... we will just say business was conducted.... so if you'd like a hooker for the night... thats your place

The person on the desk was not very friendly, they didn't have breakfast, just a jimmy dean sandwich, a muffin, and a small juice in a brown bag, very disappointed, no pool, it was even clean, , some sheets were dirty, , no trash bags , and our air conditioner didn't work had to move rooms, so yes I was very disappointed cause I had my family with me and they were upset!!

This was my family's usual rest stop when in the area but we will be locating a new place due to the lack of cleanliness in the room. There was hair all over, urine on the toilet seat and the AC was barely cold.

Requested a nonsmoking room. They had to move us once and the room they put us in the second time still smells like a 1950s bar.

Booked online (with Hotels.com) appon arriving into Beaumont, 4.5 hrs before check-in time, i called the hotel directly and they allow me to go ahead and check-in.
Appon arrival, the checking in process was smooth and in a very timely matter! Thank You Ms. Manager Lady (didnt catch her name at the time), your very AWESOME at and doing your job there! Thanks again!!

I booked a king room when I got there there were no King rooms available because they were under renovation which they did not mention and there was no continental breakfast it was a brown bag breakfast Frozen Jimmy Dean sausage and cold coffee highly not recommended

Check in was lovely and the black man who checked us in was very friendly and nice . Its the next day that pissed me off! Housekeeping coming at 9 bamming on the door and then at 11:35 i couldnt even take a quick shower the black cleaning lady bamming on the door like the police and check out wasnt till 12 . I just felt rushed and im pregnant which made it worst overall nice hotel just rushing rude cleaning staff

Do not stay here! Our room had a strong Pinesol smell when we arrived. This was to mask the smoke smell in the bedding, which we didn’t notice until the overwhelming Pinesol smell was gone. We also turned the temperature up but the heating unit continued to blow cool air. Also killed a small cockroach in the bathroom.

I love this property the only thing that I didn't like and couldn't believe because I come here quite often. The issue of not having soap in my room was an inconvenience to have to leave out of the room and go to front desk to pick up soap. Other than that, I was satisfied.

We did not stay long. Short stop on the long drive from FL. We checked in late and the young man checking us in, was very pleasant despite late hour. We had rather opposite experiences other stops on our trip.
It was a good price for a budget motel. Room was spacious and reasonably clean. Not a resort of course but I would stay there again and probably will as we have another similar route coming up.

Loud guests all through the night. Car alarms going off. The door was not lined up right so created a big gap in between the door frame. Wad of black hair in sink. Management was wonderful though. Was not told required cash only for $25 pet deposit.

I had a very late check in. I arrived at 4 am. The gentleman working seemed bothered with me arriving so late. He was wearing flip flops, a tank top and some sweat pants. I'm guessing by this, this location is a franchise. I was bitten on my jaw, my chin and on the right side of my chest. I informed the ladies at the front and was just told okay. I just left. I didn't feel like wasting any more of my time after being woken up to the same lady screaming at one of the occupants near my room. Telling them that they needed to leave cause they owed $100. This is my second time staying at this location. The first time was good enough i decided to book again, but after this second time, I'll never return. This was in room 145. Dirty freezer, no trash bags in the trash cans, dirty walls, stains on ceiling and bathroom walls.
