Very nice hotel and personnel! Highly recommended.

Parfait! Restaurant excellent !

My 2nd stay at this hotel. Comfortable beds, spacious and clean rooms, soundproof walls, ample parking space, excellent restaurant. I will certainly book it again when I will be in the area.

The hotel is more known for its restaurant. Its good for a 1 or 2 nights stay. Rooms are clean and has all the basic amenities. Location is good but very close to the main road and bit noisy if the window are open. Recommended if you have a vehicle otherwise you are relying on public transport which is not bad as well.Restaurant food is something not to be missed. Bit on the costly side but its worth it

The property did not have AC or a fan and it was an extremely hot day. The location is not close to other attractions.

The Hotel advertised and accepted and billed my reservation for Christmas Eve of 2018. when I arrived at 9:00 PM that night, no one was there, no reception staff were on duty, and I was told very rudely in almost unintelligible and very loud profane language through an emergency intercom system that the hotel was closed. I feel that they acted in bad faith by accepting my reservation. I am pursuing remedies from both Hotels.com (whom I contacted that night to report the issue to, and my bank for my lost money, and would never stay there again. Thank goodness that there was an Ibis Hotel down the street that treated me kindly and put us up for the night.

Nice easy to access hotel, within walking distance to cable car and old town

Weekend ski trip to Lenzerheide. It's about 30 min drive to Lenzerheide. This was the closest location with a reasonable price. Place is an interesting combination of American style motel and a modern Swiss hotel. Rooms are recently renovated and in really good condition, but the outer side looks terrible. There's a parking spot in front of each hotel room. Practical for driving to the ski centres. Considering Chur city, the location is a little remote. So you have walk 1-2km to find other options for dining. The hotel restaurant looked nice, but had no room so wasn't able to try. WiFi worked fine.

Great service, comfortable stay

Its a nice hotel with very friendly personnel.

The hotel was easy to find when driving from Italy to Germany and needing an overnight stop. Although not in the centre of town there was a shopping centre nearby and the hotel had all the facilities we needed.

I think the restaurant served pretty good food. The restaurant was always full of tourists and bikers. The room was clean and comfortable. The safe in the bedroom did not work, so had to call for them to set it up, but they came right away and left it working.
