Overall we were very pleased with the hotel. The only suggestions would be to have conditioner in the actual shower instead of lotion (which is already by the sink), and to have fruit available for the breakfast.

The room was spectacularly clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The free bagel bar breakfast in the morning was great! Service was friendly and welcoming. We will stay again!

Staff were friendly during check in and out. Room was clean and had nice desk area for travelers who are working. No freezer but overall was nice. Expect some road noise from the highway.

The place is very nice and pleasant, the staff is very friendly, the only reason why I don't consider it excellent is because its breakfast is very basic with so few options, if you don't mind this detail, it's great.

JC at front desk was super friendly and attentive. Property is pet friendly as we traveled with our dog. Room was good and property was very close to Hershey park. Would stay there again.

Very nice and clean accommodations. Breakfast, while good quality, did not have offerings for those with gluten and sugar allergies.

You can tell that they recently renovated. My room door didn’t click shut unless I turned the lock and locked the door. There was no secondary lock beyond the one on the handle to flip and use. I felt I should have left then, since I’m a solo female traveler, but I stayed because the area seemed safe and was a family heavy hotel. Huge regret. The bathroom door also never shut the whole way and had no way of being locked. I was getting dressed before 8am and a hotel staff busted open the door while I was naked since I was getting dressed! Horrible!!! No apologies given. Only after going to the front desk to complain they just said it was a “paperwork error” and barely apologized only because I asked for one! What was worse was the hotel worker who just saw me in my hotel room stood and stared at me the whole breakfast. Which only had bagels, spreads, yogurts, and cereal. No hot food options. The lady in the back office was incredibly rude and dismissive of my experience. Will never recommend this hotel to anyone. I had to leave early and didn’t get to enjoy the pool because I was tired of the staff staring at me and I didn’t feel safe. It wasn’t until I called expedia to complain did they initiate an apology but that was only through the expedia rep.

Clean, comfortable, coffee in the morning. Could use a chair in the room. Just for. Night or two it filled yhe need.

New, bright, clean and comfortable. 10 min from Hershey park parking lot and hundreds of dollars cheaper than Hershey hotels. Convenient to sheets for gas and drinks.

NO elevator. No one at front desk for check in. Very limited breakfast items.

The property is a very quick and easy drive to Hersheypark. It was clean and comfortable. The pool was green though and the breakfast was very limited (bagels, muffins, and yogurt).

Booked my room Nov. 3rd, 2023 for the New Kids on the Block on August 3rd, 2024. Everything was running smoothly, received an email re-confirming my reservation on Wednesday the 31st. Get to the hotel on the day to check in and the man at the front desk proceeds to tell me that my reservation was canceled 6 weeks ago, then another time during the conversation 3 weeks ago and the hotel as of that day was completely booked! He claimed that Expedia (booked through Hotels.com) knew of this and I was supposed to be contacted. I called Hotels.com and they stated my reservation was STILL UP & NOT CANCELLED! This hotel did NOT want to help nor communicate with hotels.com. This hotel literally gave MY booked room that I booked almost a year in advance to another guest because THAT guest was going to pay 2x more than I was going to. This hotel claimed that they changed owners and because of that, about 5 guests reservations had got cancelled during the transition. ITS A LIE!!! If you book with this hotel very far in advance, make sure you call them and verify and confirm your reservation. I would NOT recommend this hotel due to shadiness and greed but to each their own. The front desk man I spoke with was rude, greatly lacks customer service skills and lied. I didn't have the time for it. Thankfully Daniel from Hotels.com found us other accommodations in time and it was a better experience…Thank you Daniel!!

I enjoy this hotel. Great service and continental bfast. This time the bath tub was caulked where there must have been a whole in the tub and that was a little skeezy to me.

We got a suite (two king beds) which was ideal for our family of five, but we were confused by the loveseat in the common room — should obviously be a full size couch or sectional. The pool needs a good deep clean, it’s a bit green.

I would book a room here again. Clean. Quiet. My only one complaint is… they didn’t supply black tea bags and regular milk. 😂 I had to go to the gas station to buy a cup of tea.

Hotel met our needs for a one night stay in Hershey. Only frustration was having to prove we paid on Hotels.com because they changed ownership earlier this year. staff was nice and professional.

The room was fine but nothing special. The hotel rate was extremely high. This was no HILTON! The pool was dirty! No elevator there or wasn’t working. Refurbished best western. I paid over 400.00 for one night at a hotel WITHOUT A WORKING ELEVATOR! The staff offered to carry my purse and tote bag to the room. But who could carry my senior citizen weary body that spent hours walking around Hershey Park up the stairs!

It has an upscale motel look and feel. Staff was friendly and helpful. The facility has just been remodeled so everything was crisp and clean. Our room was accessible from the outside so if someone was smoking outside you can smell it. Couldn’t open the curtains for extra light because not as private. Breakfast is truly continental, no fruit no cereal, just bagels, yogurt and muffins, coffee and juice. I missed that fact when I booked. You can purchase cereal but there’s no milk in the marketplace. Breakfast could have been much better. Suggestion would be boil eggs, waffles, oatmeal and cereal and fruit.

The staff was very helpful and were accommodating to everything we asked for. The breakfast staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was just ok. We had French toast that my son thought was not cooked. The pancakes were not good. Just not good. My husband did enjoy his omelet with veggies.

We got to our room & found the door not locked. Went into the room & there was so must moisture in that room you could cut it. Door wouldn't close & lock, AC was pumping out lukewarm air, not cold air. Called fron desk & they wanted to put us on the 3rd floor & the elevator was down. Asked for a refund. They gave the refund, but never received the cancelation email. Asked twice for that email. Never received.
