This hotel’s location is good if you need to go to North or south Orange County. It’s very close to Huntington Beach and it’s easy to get to South Orange County or the airport. It’s basically an older Marriott courtyard that this new company has taken over. They do have basic amenities, such as coffee and breakfast in the morning and snacks and drinks at night. Great value for the money.

I like this hotel. This is our third time staying here. The price is great and it’s comfortable and convenient to where we go in Huntington Beach. They also have complimentary Starbucks in the lobby ++ and nice seating to hang out.

Just note, you can’t pay for your room with cash here. Check in was simple. I've stayed here a handful of times. It’s right next to the freeway, so ask for a room on the opposite side. The hotel is always clean and so are the rooms. There’s also food places and gas close by.

This place doesn’t feel like a hotel—it’s more like a rundown motel. The bathroom is a disaster, with mold and a leaking ceiling that reeks of smoke. To make matters worse, the constant noise from the water leak keeps me up at night. Everything in the room feels oversized/Tall except the toilet, which is oddly low, and when you flush it, cold water sprays onto you. The ambiance is far from welcoming. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and will never stay here again

The furniture looked a bit old. The fire smoke detector had a bright blinking light in a dark room was a little annoying The bed was very high off the floor and the mattress wasn't as firm as I'd liked. But the room was clean and comfortable

Property is well maintained. Lots of staff working on the upkeep. It is a pet friendly hotel... some carpets, specially at elevators and furniture in common areas could use a deep clean.

The hotel was quiet and was in a nice area. The room was clean however the shower curtain did not cover the tub properly and water kept spilling from the tub and made a huge mess in the bathroom. Better curtain design would be better for the bathroom. There was no fan to circulate air in the bathroom either.

The hotel is in a convenient location and is a short and simple drive to the beach. It is clean and in a good area of town. My only gripe is having to pay for parking. Should be included in my opinion. But overall a good stay and a nice place for the price.

The check-in wasn't good because there was initially 1 person who was checking on at least 8 guests until another coworker arrived. The guest in the room above my room stomped around all evening and most of the night. I called the front desk to complain but that didn't help! The phone in the room didn't work properly either; I could hear him, he couldn't hear me and I had to use my cell phone to contact the hotel front desk.

Convenient location. Nice staff. My issues are there is no housekeeping service even with a three night stay. Also there is a parking fee and the other neighborhood hotels do not charge for parking. Breakfast is not included. Otherwise, it’s decent and pretty clean.

Hotel does not offer housekeeping service for stays under 7 nights. There are dirty napkins in the toilet when we check in and the room is smelly and have some stains on carpet and sofa. Not worth the price!

The only thong I did not like was the dog across from me barking for almost 2 hrs. Started a little after 9pm. Talked to front desk at 9:45pm and at 10:15 but it barked till after 11 pm. I have a disabled daughter that got woke up by the barking and we had to get up at4 am. Other than that it was good
