We love staying at this hotel! The suites are a good size and it is in a great area - near food and shopping. The breakfast is fantastic - made-to-order omelets and lots of other options. We also love the evening reception with the complimentary drinks and snacks.

My husband and I have been coming three for years and trust and believe we can see the difference. The quality of this hotel has gone down. The furniture and carpet is worn and dirty. And the tub was not cleaned at all. However, the stuff was very nice and helpful, which I really appreciated it. We would hate to stop coming here because it's in a great location. Nevertheless, the hotel needs to be updated, or thoroughly cleaned. Thanks Uvonne

My stay was very good. The hotel is located near shopping, restaurants and entertainment. I appreciated the daily hot breakfast with made-to-order omelets and the evening reception for guests. My only complaint is the limited cable selection; I hoped to have access to Netflix or Prime, but that was not doable.

Only one issue with the room - the toilet roll holder fell off the wall and maintenance was unable to fix it. Only one issue with the outside grounds - the rear trash receptacle was full and never emptied all weekend.

Hotel looks nice from outside but I was not impressed with the staff or anything else. Went to check in and the lady was rude to begin with. I’d never stayed at an embassy suite before so I didn’t know there was a $50 incidental fee for each night. Was not prepared for that. Plus it was $12.50 a night to park at that hotel. If you stay for 3 nights it’s $37.50 plus $150. We only had 3 towels and 1.5 rolls of toilet paper to start. Found a human nail on the suitcase cart. Was not from us. All our nails are real. Pool water was cold. Little children in hot tub unsupervised. Tried to ask for a manager and the lady I spoke with said she was one when indeed she was not. Then the front desk manager upon check out was rude also. Just because my license says I live in NC doesn’t mean I’m from there.

The staff was wonderful. Breakfast had lots of options and the custom omelette station is a great touch. The daily Happy Hour is generous and it feels like an old school place that really cares about their customers. Pool needs some love. Room needed to be detail clean but it was spacious and quiet.

Embassy Suites has always been our first choice for hotels. They set the bar high with the best bang for the buck, with the cooled-to-order breakfast and daily Managers Special. Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable, overall.
Although the chlorine was noticeably present, there was still hair and dirt floating in the pool. Perhaps a subtle suggestion to guests to shower prior to entering the pool would help reduce this unsightly issue. I am also aware of recent renovations, which are strikingly picturesque, however, a couple of shower stalls in the pool area could possibly be feasible? I love the flow of the atrium and ambiance of it and the entire hotel. We will continue to enjoy our stays with various locations. Exceptional service across the board!

It was so so. Paying for parking was a first. Room was banged up. Workers were extremely friendly and helpful. Food was fantastic. Room service once bar gets busy was disappointing. Pool was cloudy, shower did not work and was poorly lit.

Long weekend vacation with wife and two older teen daughters. Hotel and room on 9th floor was VERY quiet and comfortable despite a large number of families and young children in hotel that weekend. Breakfast was above average. Distance from downtown Chicago and morning evening traffic was an issue. If you are staying in this hotel hoping for quick access to and from Downtown Chicago, I would not recommend.

Hilton hotels have always been our family’s go to choice but this was an unpleasant experience. There was a lack of management keeping things in order. Guests were asked to wear wrist bands to enter pool area and show cards for manager reception and breakfast but only the alcoholic beverages were monitored. The pool was over crowded with people without wrist bands & children with diapers in the hot tub. Our room wasn’t throughly cleaned when we requested house keeping services (trash left in room). The hotel at night was noisy because it was used for hotel parties with many people using the hotel amenities, overflow in the parking lot, and bringing in large ice coolers to the rooms & leaving alcohol boxes and trash outside the doors making the hotel look tacky.
