我们是第二天要到芝加哥机场去还车，所以选择这个开车30分钟的酒店。没想到这个酒店非常舒适，房间非常大且安静，周边环境舒适，不少很好的餐厅就在附近2英里内，很方便。

Location
Could use updating, hallway floors were very uneven, bathroom had moldy ceiling. I asked for refill of breakfast food at 9:00 am and was told “no problem”, but a different employee took all the food away and said breakfast was over. It was only 9:20 am on Saturday at this point and was told breakfast went until 10:00. I ended up getting breakfast elsewhere.

close to where we were going
the rooms are old not updated the couch was low and office chair was low I raised it never stayed..not enough of outlets for electronic the desk one wasn’t working. The phone constantly blinked no message?? personnel sd just ignore it and bathroom very small not worth$$$

the entire place was very clean
No microwave in the room.., was very surprised it didn't have it. I picked up my dinner on the way to the hotel and was going to warm it up but couldn't. Had to eat my dinner cold

Horrible beds, no bathroom vents.

Breakfast was good place was clean smelled good.
Bed mattress was old and uncomfortable had a huge dip in the middle couldn’t stay the second night because the mattress was so uncomfortable.

Unable to reduce the temperature of our room, too warm, even with the heat off.

I like that it was quiet 🤫 and clean.
The small television 📺. I have issues with my vision. Not that it's the hotel problem, that I can't see well. But it would have been nice to have something that you enjoy be enjoying. And the shower 🚿 wasn't working properly. The water pressure was pouring out way to hard and left me to have to clean all the water up...
