The roon had no heating, i had to call for them do do something from downstairs plus they had no microwave in the room.

My husband and I really enjoyed our 3 night stay. The room was very clean. Everyone at the hotel was nice. I highly recommend adding the breakfast buffet on when you book. Good food and lots of options.

Our stay was excellent. We were greeted with friendly staff at the front desk, a clean room and gteat service at the restaurant and bar. Would most definitely stay here again when in the area.

The young lady that did my check in was the nicest person I had run into during my stay. I checked in later in the evening, around 8:30pm. I was not offered the cookie this time.

It’s pretty on the outside…….I don’t think any rooms need to be anywhere near the trash compactor, or across from where housekeeping has to reload their carts (The staff is not the problem. It’s the design.) I had a party to go to, and I didn’t think it was even worth it to come back and stay my last night. Again, the staff was cool.

A quick trip to visit my son. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and easily located. The bar is quiet and convenient.. The buffet breakfast was nice. Staff was professional and friendly. I will stay again.

Stayed the night for a birthday concert. Hotel shuttled us to and from the concert and was the perfect choice for this trip!

The stay was just fine - check in was a bit of a dumpster fire.
They had clearly overbooke / at capacity and when we arrived at 5PM we were told "they had to check to see if there were any king rooms ready" - mind you check in starts at 3PM. We were told a 5-10 minute wait but it was closer to 25 minutes before we had room keys. Upon entering our room it was clear it was already alotted to another guest... People were in there. Had to then go back downstairs and wait for another room (which was only about 5 more minutes, but still). The staff were apologetic and we did get complimentary breakfast as a small token of apology... But it felt like mismanagement in the moment.

We were going to a concert in the area, and since we live an hour away we choose to book a room. Even though our room wasn’t ready on arrival the front desk staff offered us free breakfast and a late check out.

I was traveling alone with my child and I felt so safe from the minute we walked in. The concierge was friendly and welcoming and was careful not to share our room number out loud. We dined in the restaurant for dinner and then had the buffet breakfast and the service was wonderful. 10/10 would stay here again!

The staff is very friendly, especially the concierge. He went out of his way to connect with the guests and it really impacted our stay in a positive way. We were there for a concert and we were grateful that there was a shuttle. The driver was kind and did a great job. Guests should know that there is just one shuttle, so it is likely that there will be quite a bit of waiting after the concert, but the driver will not abandon you. Overall great stay!
