Overall, my 1-night stay was perfect. I truly wish that I could have stayed longer since everything was perfect in my eyes.

The staff- they were amazing. Should be the benchmark.

When I arrived, the coffeemaker in the room wasn’t working properly. It was old so I called the front desk and the attendant said she would have housekeeping to bring a new one. I opened the door and an elderly man quickly entered my room. I couldn’t understand what he was saying but he motioned with his hand, trying to instruct me on how to operate it. I said okay so he would exit the room. The coffeemaker continued to operate every other time. I’m a solo traveler so I didn’t complain because I didn’t want to deal with any confrontation. Secondly, on the day of checkout, two women from housekeeping wait outside of my door at 11:30. The checkout time is Q 12noon. I contacted the GM and she kept asking me to repeat myself and kept defending thee staff. I think I was racially profiled because I had my hair in braids. I’ve stayed at this hotel many times and was NEVER treated like this!

The coffeemaker was old, I took pictures and housekeeping wouldn’t replace it at my request.

Great location. Basicallyb15 ton20 minutes from everything in the area including Baltimore Harbor. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was very comfortable. The room was clean.

There was nothing I didn't like. Nothing i wasn't happy about.
