Carpet damp, room musty, black mold in bathroom, damaged TV cabinet left before and during my visit with the broken pieces on the rug. Was never vacuumed up repaired, or replaced. Ice machines that were "broken" last year still out of service... have to go to office to get a bucket of ice. Bad business.

The staff was very nice. The beds were small but im thick woman. Our staff was very nice pool was clean. Breakfast was amzing and they worked hard to keep everything full and hot! Thank you all for the stay

AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS. This Hotel didn't have water during our stay (no toilet, no brushing teeth, no showers.) They were totally fine with it and offered zero refund for our stay. Manager lied to hotels.com and said they let us know prior to check in and they didn't. We found out when the toilet didn't work. Hotels.com said that they couldn't do anything about it, because hotel has the final say.

We chose the hotel by the brand, but for the price of $199 per night, I was disappointed with the hotel. It's quite old but relatively clean, and the area is not the best. The hotel is very basic, with carpet in the bedroom. The breakfast is decent, but I would recommend driving a bit further to find a better area.

This facility is a motel but does not advertise it that way. The beds are full size - not double, ice machine did not work- the shower head when running water came out of the wall. The room had a funny smell - that set my asthma off. We stayed one night and notified Expedia and talked with the front desk about checking out and a refund. Expedia was trying to get ahold of the manager - no reply. The employee said they understood and would have the manager call me. This 2 weeks later and this still hasn't happened. They said he sent an email, but I didn't receive it either. I was told by Expedia that he was not going to refund my money - but gave me reward points? who cares!
DO NOT USE THIS MOTEL! IT IS UNSAFE AND UNFAIR! I will be putting a letter out to all of the Baseball clubs not to use this motel.

4 day stay. Friendly staff. Outdated but clean. Room had some drain flys but only on day 1. The tub had a little water back-up. Breakfast was fine. Pool was a nice touch and clean. Ample parking and convenient location to ball fields and various restaurants.

The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The main problem was the toilet situation. The toilet seat was loose and falling off so l tightened it myself. The toilet paper was almost all gone with no spare rolls. I called the front desk and they are so hard to understand, but ultimately refused to bring us a roll or two of TP. The toilet itself hardly flushed so I resorted to removing the tank lid and manipulating the float so that the tank would completely fill with water and therefore flush. I stopped by the front desk early in the morning to try to get some TP but the lady refused to give me any until the front desk was “officially” open at 6 am. Returned just after 6 am and was asked if I was checking out- no, remember I was here 45 minutes ago needing TP? Finally got TP. Completely frustrating process to simply get some TP!

The breakfast was not good quality. The pool was closed even though the gate was opened and we werent told om advance. Power outlets in our room were loose fitting and sparce. Our overhead lamp was birnt out and there was a smell emitting from somewhere in the room (smelled like weed).

Motel is ghetto , old and run down . Smelled musty , they charged me an extra $17 and didn’t know why it was charged and I never got a credit for it. Won’t stay there again .

The hotel room smelled like mold. The front office clerks were none helpful us. My reservation some how got booked twice so they took extra money and refused to refund it. Had me booked for a whole room i wasn’t in.

Both times took a shower, no body wash shampoo or conditioner. Reported to the office. They apologized. I had run up to the office and get body wash. They had no shampoo or conditioner.! For what I paid for the room., very disappointing.
