It was clean

Nothing honestly. Worst Hampton inn I’ve ever stayed at.

Room was over priced for the area and accommodations. Bathroom and room weren’t very clean, wife found trash in the bathroom and the floor in the bathroom was sticky. Room smelled like cat pee as well.

Nice atmosphere. The ambiance of the lobby was pleasing. The moderness of the rooms, the kind employees, the breathable air quality and safe environment were all good.

My window view. All I saw were trees and the main road. I think there was a piece of hair on the wall in the bathroom that I disregarded.

The staff were kind and helpful people. We enjoyed our room.

The room we booked through booking was pictured and described as a double with a sitting area with a couch; however, we did not get the room pictured and described. Our room was nice just smaller.

Great location from interstate. Very clean and friendly staff. Will visit again when traveling through.

The property was great, only negative was it was the most expensive hotel of all the locations we’ve rented all year with our travel volleyball club team.

we were locked out of our room for over 2 hours and had no access to our room from 12-2am while we tried to get to the room for sleep. sensor on the door wasnt working and the hotel staff couldnt figure it out so they had to wake up an engineer who came to the property. My son had a baseball game the next morning and was sleeping on the floor of the hotel until we got into our room. I would want and expect a refund. horrible hotel

I have filled this out once already, but I'll do it again. The room on booking.com was a 153/night rate plus pet fee. I didn't mind this. After checkout, my bill was 305.00. There was a 75.00 pet fee for a cat which is absurd. Then FOR A HOTEL there was a cleaning fee. Since when does a hotel charge a cleaning fee? I'm 45 years old and have traveled all over the world and have never paid a "separate" cleaning fee at a hotel.
