The property is not convenient

The room was filthy, the front window looked like it had not been cleaned in years, there was food crumbs on the microwave, the bathroom counter was not clean, the tub was not clean, even the door handles were dirty. In addition the bedspreads were dirty and had holes in them. When we first got to our room, the key would not open the door. After the manager came and tried several times to open the door, he said he was going to call maintenance. Three hours later no maintenance had arrived. After getting the manager to let us in again, we got our things and went to another motel!

It was amazing as always I love staying there is nothing bad to say about the place it's comfy and cheap.

I did not stay room was affected by recent storms in the area I asked to move rooms .. they placed me in a second room with no AC .. I left

Terrible service!! We booked a room and we paid for it and when we arrived they didn't let us into the room in the middle of the night, we couldn't find another hotel and we had to sleep in the car!! I don't go again.

The Staff was rude, the curtains were falling apart. The room smelled like mildew, I had to buy incense and it didn’t help. Would never stay there again.

They don't clean there rooms, had roachs in every corner of the room and dirt/crumbs. The countertops, sink were dirty. My young son found a thong that had been left there BECAUSE THEY DONT CLEAN ...this place need to be ashamed of how they keep there rooms.

Horrible stale tobacco smell in everything, a peephole was burned into the curtains, and the towels were so filthy that I don't even think they were washed. The ancient fridge needed a defrosting because its walls were caked in an inch or two of ice. Iron security gates surrounded the property and made it feel like a prison. Birds made nests in the 1980's security cameras which were probably fake decoys cameras anyway. An obviously stolen bicycle that was spray painted and held together with tape was left outside my door and a random weirdo knocked on my door then left. The whole place was extremely sketchy, but on the bright side there was a Sonic and a Waffle House, plus Kroger across the street.

Price might be kind of cheap, but way to high for this place ill pay pess than 50 dollars the night didnt like it at all, request a room free smoke and smelled Marie Jane all around outside and inside the room, blankets where stained and have sights of been burned. Towels where old and floor was terrible dirty.

Nasty

Homeless people camp around property and look in vehicles. Room is disgusting and had dirty sheets on top of dead bugs piled in a corner.bathroom was also dirty and stained.

The lady who works the front office here is the worst, most disrespectful woman I've ever encountered working at a motel. She makes the term "hospitality" seem like a joke. She was rude, and made sure that i knew how utterly inconvenienced she was by having to speak with me, every single time. That someone like her works in this industry blows my mind. Her misery is palpable, and really sad.

This place is nice and quiet has shopping area which is the most important thing.

The old lady helping cleaning the rooms while im still moving my stuff out of the room with my boyfriend still in the room she just opens my door for no reason it wasnt after the time for me to be out i still had an hour.

One of the WORST stays I've had at America's Best Value Inn in Garland. The girl at the desk upon my arrival was very RUDE and lacked professionalism as well as a lack of customer service skills. Especially after asking to honor their own policies. Upon arriving to the room after going to grab some dinner, when I walked through the door I was hit with an immediate slap in the face of stale, funky air to which I blew off as the air not being on. So I continued to check out the room and I find the tub and bathroom dirty, a used dry towel hanging from the back of the bathroom door, mirror unclean and streaked with handprints. On top of many hair balls on the floor, a floor that was sticky and unswept let alone mopped from the looks of it days had passed. Not too mention the fact that behind the room door in the corner was from the looks of it a pile of fish food or some kind of pellets. So I try to call the office a few times as well as go down there, ALL of which was a waste of time as it was too late to change rooms do to being booked! Now I've stayed at this hotel several times through the years and again this is the ABSOLUTE WORST stay I've had at the hotel!

I couldn’t get my refund never gotten my key wasn’t the worker fault it was third party

Not too familiar with the area so when I drove up I immediately asked for a refund. The desk person was rude. I told her that I was not going to stay because the area was unsafe. She said that I had to contact Expedia for a refund. She was getting loud with me when I explained that there were people sitting outside the rooms doing drugs. And waking into the office just to get here was unsafe. She said she couldn't do anything about it. All this time she stood behind a locked door with a small window from the inside of the lobby.

I felt better in my car than in these rooms. My room , the heater didnt work at all, i paid to be inside and not freeze out but it was basically the same...Beds and towels are always stained , dirty looking. Shower curtain is nasty, old throw up on the side walls in bathroom, mold in cracks in the shower and people hanging alot all over outside. Fronts desk workers always rude Never again. Waste of time and mondyv.

I would not recommend this place at all the front desk people were extremely rude they were yelling and screaming we didn’t even make it into the room they kept on saying that I do t have a reservation when I have the confirmation number infront of me
