Booked a room with a king bed…given a room with 2 queens as they didn’t have any kings left. Poor show especially as I booked 3 weeks before arrival and also replied to their email on the day I was arriving.

Great hotel! Clean and very comfortable. Staff were great and cocktails by the pool were fab! Highly recommend!

Staff services, cleaness and new condition of property were plus, but parking charge $17 per night was overcharged that should be included, and I didn’t know about this extra charge.

From checking to check out, this was a good stay. Rooms are basic, but clean and good beds and linens. The windows are relatively small, so the rooms are dark. Breakfast was plentiful, hot and plenty of places to sit. The pool and tiki bar are a great plus. It’s at the north end of Marathon, but nice and quiet, and a good base for the rest of the Keys. I’ll definitely be back.

This hotel was clean and comfortable. Our family of 5 fit in this room perfectly! The beds were cozy! The breakfast was also delicious! If you are looking for an affordable spot in the keys, I highly recommend it! Sombrero beach is only 5 minutes away!

We loved our stay here. The rooms were clean and fresh. The pools are well kept and the bar tender is very nice! It was a wonderful place for a quick getaway.

This is like a mini resort. Games boating, parasailing, fishing, swimming, market, workout room and a very economical on site restaurant. We will be back! The staff were amazing too. The view was beautiful as well

The family suite we had was lovely, very clean and had lots of space. It was comfortable and spacious and had a nice view as well as having a large fridge, which was really useful. Check-in was quick and friendly and there weren't any issues at all with the room.
The breakfast was not great, was very busy and what was offered was very basic. Although pretty standard for the US apparently, we were very surprised to have breakfast on paper plates and plastic cutlery, which was then just thrown away. The only other issue was the $18 per day for parking, which was not communicated via the website (or not obviously at least) - it just came through as an additional charge on my credit card after our stay.
So, overall - a hotel in a good location that has great rooms for families.

The property itself was unique and delightful. The staff was friendly and courteous. Our room was ok, for some reason we got the handicap room and I dont think that it had been used in a while. The bathroom could use some TLC and we had a few spiders both alive and deceased as well. Other than that it was a nice property with a variety of amenities.

Seriously? You have to pay to park in an open lot where the only way you can get there is by car. I call BS. This is not a downtown location by any stretch. That is so bad and disingenuous.

Did not like how we were approached by a guest below us. Banging on our door like the police saying we were loud. It was 730! And we had 3 children whom were only walking around NOT stomping!

Everything was good for the most part- breakfast was the same everyday never changed, wound up still buying out 2 days cause the kids were over it.
