The place was out dated and had a musky smell. It was too late to switch hotels so we just stayed definitely not worth 253.00 a night

This place is up the street from my office. I've stayed her a number of times. At least 3 times (last night) I was given a room that looked like it hasn't been touched since 1990. Those rooms have a horrible smell of bleach which kept me up all night and gave me a headache. They must have some rooms that have been re-done, because once or twice I got a decent room, which made me want to use this place as a room to stay in when I don't feel like driving the 70 miles home after work. Looks like I need to find another place.

It was great except we were told they were out of pillows and we didn’t have enough. Also, the bed was very firm and we didn’t particularly sleep well. Everything else was nice and the breakfast was great!

I arrived late in the evening only to be told the elevator was out of service (fortunately it was fixed by the next morning). The hallways felt damp and had a slight musty smell. The room also felt damp. The bathroom badly needed a complete cleaning. One of the shower doors barely moved. The free breakfast was a joke. It consisted of hard boiled eggs, sausage links, waffles that had to be made, what looked like store brand bagels, and boxed cereal. At least the coffee was decent. And finally the pillows were folded in half. It took me half the night to figure out all 8 of the pillows in the room were folded in half and then put in the pillow case ... I can only ask why would anyone do that. This establishment did not live up to its online reviews.

Everything was TERRIBLE. Extremely dirty, cockroaches on the bed, used bed sheets, underwear from past guest in the back of the bed, a condon under the sheets, humidity, bad odor, sketchy guests, noise, dogs fighting inside de hotel, the breakfast was THE WORST, no protein.

The room was old. I was with my 6y daughter and the mattress was very old and make some terrible noises. I couldn’t moved because she wakes up. I take a picture from cockroache in the bathroom and my daughter see another in the room. The staff is very good, the ladies are very nice.

Room 312 was very mildewy smelling. The wall in the bathroom was black/spotty. Since it was last minute I could not find another room. The housekeeper came in on Tuesday and I asked that she bring more towels and washcloths and she never came back.
I definitely would NOT stay here again.

Horrible experience.. Alex the manager was very rude and unaccommodating to our agreement on rate and charged us $100.00 more than we planned. First room smelled so bad like mold that we requested to be moved. Filthy showers, hair EVERYWHERE in second room. belligerent guest with cops called which led to his arrest. Don’t waste your money on this place. Stick with American owned and operated establishments.

If I said this is a run of the mill Best Western it would sound rude but it's neither excellent or bad it's a good Best Western hotel with everything I would expect Best Western to provide me with. Good breakfast and a good bed. we never actually found the pool!

The employees were all very nice greeted us everytime we walked in room was very nice, clean ,confirtable but there were some roaches that we seen in the room.

Within my short short stay at this hotel, the halls smelled awful, the headboard in the room wasn’t cleaned properly still had dirt stains on it and there is roaches in the room. Brought this up to front desk clerk and she kind of brushed it off as if they are use to the roaches. Asked to speak to the manager and she said the manager is away. Inquired about who we could speak to she gave us a bogus email to reach out to someone.

The property is not in a good condition, especially roaches every where and th emanagement is reluctant to take care of the problem.. hopeless for those looking for decent hotel for stay and stay away from this property. The front desk is very reluctant and I felt like it's up to us whehter we want to stay and get away... they seem don't care about any customer satisfaction or providng a nice experience to the customer. Not worth at all and I opted to cut short my stay and opted to stay at a firends place!! Very bad expeience for me and I woul never come back or recommend to any of my firends!!

It the property itself looks very old and round down. From the entrance of the hotel, there is a leaky a/c. The front desk agent was kind. The first room seemed like it had not been used or cleaned. The bathroom tiles had mold and mildew and so did the bathroom door. The wall by the a/c was cracked. The second room was better, but much effort was put into the cleanliness of the bathroom either.
