I always stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites when I travel weekly for work and this was by far the oldest, most dated building as well as frayed carpet which needed cleaning along with other floors - near the breakfast room which was also subpar. I always LOVE the breakfast at the Fairfield Inn and there were far less options and the quality was not good. Needs some TLC and a visit from corporate or property manager. No complaints on the room - comfort or cleanliness.

The staff was incredible! The check in process was the best I've had in a very long time. Everyone was so friendly and helpful! My husband (who is normally very reserved) spoke up immediately with how pleased he was with the staff. We will definitely stay here again!

The hotel was ok. Our tv went out around 8:30PM. When I called the front desk it popped back on. However, it didnt stay long. So we went without a tv during our stay.

Very Nice hotel with a great staff. Very good hot breakfast with many choices. Two friendly ladies keeping breakfast running smoothly. Room clean and comfortable. Stayed here several times. No complaints. Manager even walked through breakfast checking on each table. Definitely will stay again.

We had a very pleasant stay. Our room was quiet and very comfortable. It was so nice having the "living room". Where we could sit and relax after a day of seeing the sites. The staff were thoroughly helpful. And the lady that was incharge of the breakfast was so nice. She greeted everyone as they entered and asked how everything was as they left. She was the smile at the start of the day for us.

This is the second time that I’ve stayed at this hotel. As before, the staff was friendly and efficient. The public spaces and the rooms were nice and clean. The bed was comfy. We didn’t eat breakfast this time but did grab coffee as we headed out. The breakfast area is well kept and seemed to have a nice selection of breakfast items. It’s close to William & Mary which is where we needed to be. Overall very good stay.

I needed a place to stay for a Sunday and Monday night. I was very happy with my room! Everyone at the front desk was super friendly! Breakfast was delicious both mornings! The gym was small but very functional. I worked from the hotel all day Monday and until checkout today. It was a great experience!
