Very clean room, excellent hot breakfast included. Very reasonable price.

This hotel did not measure up to the price we paid for our room. The beds were way too soft and worn down, the carpet, while vacuumed, had not been deep cleaned. They didn't monitor use by dates in the breakfast room and my daughter opened a spoiled chocolate milk that was more than a week past pull date. The pool was broken, but no notice was posted. We will not be going back there.

Young guy checked us in he was new very friendly and super nice. The room was very clean and comfortable, bathroom was very clean and great shampoo, conditioner, and body was. Breakfast was good but the lady that restocks the food is very RUDE!!! at frist I thought she didnt speak english, but I speak 3 languages so I thought mabe she spoke spanish or italian but I guess she doent speak any of the 3 she's just RUDE!

I always stay at this Hotel the rooms are spotless the beds are so comfortable..I could stay in it all day

The room was good, but one pool was closed and the other was disgustingly dirty, as was the place in general. Paint peeling off exterior walls. The ice maker was in another building and the area smelled of sewage. The first suite we were in had two broken ac units and we had to move to another room to get AC that works. The kitchenette had a skillet but no silverware or kitchen utensils.

Generally the room and hotel were fine. Room was quiet. Would have been nice to have a room safe and small freezer in the fridge. The bed was fine. The room furniture and carpet could use an update. The bathroom was clean, but the shower head had a serious leak that wasted a lot of water. Breakfast had a broad range of selections of items except fresh fruit.

It was one of my worst motel experience. First, they gave us a room that was already full. They gave our room to someone else. Then the second room they gave us a room far from everything. The room has no toilet paper and the TV is not working. Good we only stay for one night. I will never come back here again.

I like the location it’s right off I-5. I didn’t liked the construction going on around the street but it’s not hotels fault.

We had a beautiful view of a glistening swimming pool...that was closed in 107 degree weather. My three boys were not happy. We stayed for two days. We had to DRIVE around through street construction to the hotel next door to use the other pool, eat breakfast and get toilet paper, soap, shampoo and conditioner. We never did get shampoo or conditioner, the soap came about 2 hrs. before check out. The girl at the front desk tried to help, I think the owners decided to save a little money by closing the big pool just a step away, and other amenities, like soap. The room was great aside from that.

AC wasn’t working on a very hot day. Room wasn’t ready when we arrived.

This place is a very satisfactory experience. The breakfast was good. The staff is polite. The parking lot is secured. Your car will be safe. You will be safe. The bed was very comfortable. It is the second best place to stay in Yreka. It is not too expensive. This is what you would expect to get a cheap place to stay. That was safe and good. The floor doesn’t look it’s clean, it doesn’t look dirty either. It’s just you don’t know so you kind of wanna wear your socks. The tub is not the cleanest and the water gets all over the bathroom floor when you take a shower. The cleaning staff doesn’t always communicate with the front desk so there was a Michigan mixup, and they thought we had checked out and threw our stuff away. And the front desk says sorry no accommodations for our lost stuff. If you are on a budget, I need a place to stay in Yreka. That’s safe and comfortable bed and a good breakfast then I would recommend Best Western.

The bed mattresses need replacing. The breakfast was not as good as other comparative hotels. The bathroom was great. Loved the 3 sinks and overall room for getting ready in the morning.

Property is old and needs work. The door locks are faulty (it took two rooms before we got a room that we could get into at 11 pm). The bed was lumpy, and the AC didn’t cool very efficiently. Breakfast was typical, however the person hosting was not friendly, and provided poor service. While I was getting hot food she literally pushed me aside to refil the container next to the potatoes, then proceeded to drop bacon grease into my potatoes (I don’t eat bacon). There was no one else on the breakfast area, so she could have waited. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt, however she did something similar to a man getting coffee! Overall, The property is out dated and just run down.

Best western always provides good service a clean place one thing I would add this time was that the doggie bags were empty out on the lawn? I bring my own and most people do but they need to be filled.
