only stayed one night but it was very clean double trees take pride in their rooms

The service wasn’t close to professional at all, they allowed multiple people to cut in front while I waited 10 plus minutes to be checked in. The lobby was extremely loud which made it very hard to hear what was being said. The room wasn’t clean there was another persons hair in the shower all over the walls and floor. The bedding also had hair in the sheets. It felt as if it wasn’t cleaned before my arrival. Also a half drank water was left behind right by the tv.

Nice staff, liked the pool and jacuzzi, and dinning options, the only dislike was the hotel room had stains all over the rug and smelt a little weird, other than that was great.

I regreted my 3 day stay. I had two rooms. they were mean and biased. They wont wont let us pay to check in a room early even when it was available but they let others. We sat in the lobby after a long drive for hours..ignored. but not thdle case if you were Caucasian. Do not waste money on their crappy breakfast. ..Horrible

Shower did not work, and then at 8am someone walked right into my room while my children were sleeping. No knock, just used a key, entered my room & turned the light on waking all of us up in a panic. Absolutely terrible and horrifying

I reserved 4 rooms 6+ weeks ahead, get there and the 4 rooms are scattered throughout the building. Check in went ok. Room 145 ground floor had a musty damp smell, hair in the shower. Asked family how there rooms were.. and the census said overall 1 was good, 1 okay and 1 on the fourth floor said absolutely disgusting. There was a wet stain on the carpet could see an imprint of a persons butt with a stain on the bed. The restaurant Characters was an absolute joke. Food was terrible and waited an hour for it. My son got room service for his room and family and said it was good .

Wasn’t until I checked out that I realized my room door was broken and wouldn’t close all the way. Thankfully no one tested it or they could have walked right in. Room had two towels total. Other than that it was nice and spacious. Room did have a mildewy odor when I first entered but it went away once I turned the air off.

Beautiful stay, tucked away just off the highway so there’s plenty to do nearby. The staff was super nice and informative. The room was comfortable and clean!

The pool and hot tub had a grosse dirty water line, it needed a proper cleaning. The view from my room was the worst in my life.
Second floor looking at a completely littered roof ( HORRIBLE ) Shattered plate glass windows with the roller wheels from the chair right beside it along with the ( Glove ) OJ sh**.
The veiw sucked of all suckes.

Fitness center shuts down at 10pm (ie couldn't access after our late arrival. Beds were comfortable. They provide warm chocolate chip cookies at check in. Water dispenser in the gym was broken (thus had to rely on bottled water they gave in the room, which was much more finite).

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, however we did not have a microwave in the room and it was difficult to get more towels. The room next to us kept smoking on the back patio with their patio door open, so the smoke smell kept creeping into our room through the connecting door. We booked the 1st floor balcony room thinking it would be convenient for our dog to go outside to pee easily, but there were so many trees blocking, we couldn't get through without our head getting stuck on all of the branches. Also, we booked a first floor balcony room 2 weeks in advance, but when we arrived we were told there was only 1 first floor balcony room left and the carpet was extremely stained. We had to take it since we thought it would be most convenient for our dog, but we weren't offered anything off our our cost even though we paid the same price as those with a perfect updated room. It wasn't horrible, but we will more than likely never stay at this location again.

I was surprised to see that the indoor pool was not heated. That was disappointing. Also, one night there were no towels by the pool and the phone in the pool area to call the office was not working.

Outdated and musty rooms. Shower didn’t work in the first one and they insisted on sending maintenance at 10pm even though it was clear that they would not be able to fix it. When I switched rooms, they told me that many of the showers are old so it might be an issue in the next room too (luckily it wasn’t but now I was stuck on the first floor as a woman traveling alone). This room also had a broken peephole, was missing some furniture and towels, and the beds didn’t have fitted sheets. Ridiculous for over 200 a night.

Great place to stay with our dog. First floor “balcony” rooms have a patio with grass accessible where we could walk the dog right outside of the room. The outside chair unfortunately was gross, moldy, I had to use a towel to sit on it. Otherwise this was a great place to stop with our dog.
