Airport Shuttle Service Is Using A Very Small Bus ... Which Was Full To Capacity. The Hotel Is No Longer Using A Larger Shuttle Bus To LAX.

Although the hotel is nice the nickel and dime all throughout the stay is horrible. Self parking for $55 plus tax? Should I continue? I think it’s best to charge more for the night and include self parking, internet (lousy speed), breakfast, etc. It would certainly look better from the guests perspective.

I had a really good experience. The room was clean and cozy. We had a conference, so we used the La Brea room for hospitality. All of your staff always asked me if I needed anything. I was very impressed, and the Bell boy Noe was amazing. He helped me move my stuff to my room and made me feel very comfortable. You are very lucky to have such kind staff.

Stayed for one night, went to the Cyndi Lauper concert at the Intuit Dome. Property was great but $60 to park, come on.

I have to say outside room noise was some what loud. The only good thing about this location it’s really close by airport. I definitely wouldn’t do valet parking the ticket price is outrageous.

I stayed in the Weston 2 weeks ago and must have had an updated room. It was very nice with lavender essential oil on the night stand. I stayed again connecting from an international flight. I was on 7th floor, very dated and facing a highway and construction area. Not great!

Everything was great except for the dogs barking on a Monday morning. We couldn't hear the planes but the dogs were bad. The kennel was too close.

My room was towards the south end of the hotel and their is a dog obedient academy located adjacent fromthe hotel, so all day I heard dogs barking.I called to request a early check-in and I was told my reservation was noted and to show up at 2pm. I arrived at 2pm and was told "No rooms are cleaned yet" and to wait for a text, if no text is received just return at 4pm. I drove over 100 miles to attend an event that started at 4pm. I was not offended any comps or discounts for my inconvenience, real bummer!

Friend front desk staff. Daily Parking rate could be considered high but not sure how it compares to other nearby hotels. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. No firm pillows unfortunately. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved that they had a free airport shuttle service & also supplied me with a flyer for a Intuit dome concert shuttle that offered a ride for $30 round trip which was a lifesaver ! Beautiful hotel with plenty of amenities and a friendly staff. I will definitely stay there again !

My friend and I chose this place for its proximity to Intuit Dome. We did not expect how welcoming it was and the calm environment. Room was spacious and comfortable.

Our stay was quick and served the purpose of being close to LAX for an early morning departure on 16 Oct. However, when I received by invoice after check-out, I was charged for two phone calls and parking. We didn't make any phone calls, and I never parked my car there. In fact, I had a rental care from Budget and after checking in, I returned the new car to the Auto Rental center. Please remove these charges.

Good looking lobby, great restaurant. I loved the water refill stations in the library. Super convenient to/ from the airport. Hotel checkin was easy & staff was friendly. Just wished the restaurant stayed open after 10pm. There were no late night food options (used doordash). Very loud in rooms.

Amazing room and food! Yes it’s near the airport and you can hear the planes but its convenience to airport with their free shuttle makes it worth it. The valets are fast and friendly. The hotel is clean and beautiful. Felt very safe and comfortable.

Great hotel. Bed was super comfortable. Walking distance to excellent Thai restaurant. Only complaint is that it is very noisy. Large planes taking off and doors slamming constantly from guests going in and out. Why don’t they have a soft close door? Anyway, recommend for 1 night stay. I heard the bar and dining room was expensive so I didn’t look. Parking was ~55$ a night. Free shuttle bus runs constantly.

A little disappointing for a Westin property. It has been quite a while that I've stayed at the Westin but this property didn't match up with the quality and prestige that I remember. Beds felt quite old and weren't "heavenly". Also both rooms we had hadn't been cleaned thoroughly. Directly outside the hotel was very nice and welcoming but the area immediately around the hotel was awful. I would feel unsafe walking around at night.

My one-night stay was ok. I didn’t make a fuss because I was in for a concert & right back out. My only issues were with the room itself: found a few strands of hair in bed, a/c was ridiculously loud, & shower didn’t get that hot (definitely not as hot as sink faucet). Otherwise, very nice establishment & staff.

The hotel was great. Renovations are beautiful. Doesn’t feel like an airport hotel. I stayed for one night before my departure and the accommodations were much better than the hotel I stayed at upon on my arrival.
