The hotel itself was clean and there was no wait to check in which was nice. The issue that I had was when I booked the room I booked for a king sized bed since I was with my significant other. When I went to check in the associate (Michael?) said they didn't have any kings left so we were being downgraded to two queens. I let him know that. would like to speak to a manager since what I booked wasn't what they were providing and he said he would have one contact me. We are now three days out from our stay and no one has reached out. disappointed that my reservation was changed without notifying me until I got there and nothing was done to compensate for it.

I loved the indoor and outdoor pools, the very comfortable bed and room, the personalized greeting on the tv screen and options for streaming, the fact that indoor smoking did not take place, the bright and cheerful lobby with grab and go food available for purchase. Staff was friendly and helpful. I love the architecture that looks like a castle. Truly a treat to stay at this property and easy access to downtown restaurants and stores as well as the major highways for sightseeing. Close to a Barnes & Noble, Pizzico restaurant, a great cafe called "Pressed Juice" for beverages and light meals. 3 minutes from oil change with free car wash, nice for travelers. I found it peaceful and relaxing staying there. I also loved that there was plenty of shade via umbrellas and the building's architecture at the pool area as well as lounges for sunning. Long walk to pools and fitness club via a lower floor tiled corridor; check with front desk if accessibility is an issue on whether another entry option is available as needed. I suspect so. I will stay here again and recommend the property to others.

I loke that the hotel is close to stores.

Everything was good the only problem was that the person who cleaned the room forgot to put shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash prir to me getting the room. The problem was fixed the next day after I notified the front desk.

I feel bad for the bar and restaurant because they have a hard time filling them. There's so much to do around the hotel that most people leave for dining.

Big room and comfortable bed. Clean, quiet and nice and friendly front desk and other hotel staff. Most of all close to shopping and convenient stores. Very safe place and highly recommended.

I would love to comment about the room accommodations in detail but unfortunately when my family and I arrived, they did NOT have a room for us. We booked several weeks in advance and needed to cancel. We were informed that we could NOT cancel our reservation and that we were going to charged for the 4 days we reserved. So we decided that we should make the best of it and when we finally arrived at the lobby after a 5+ hour drive, we were told that they were FULLY booked, NO rooms and NO longer had the room available for us that we booked weeks ago. They suggested that we try the Motel 6 down the road. I find it completely shocking and unacceptable that any establishment would operate this way.

I loved the outdoor and indoor architecture the most. Great job in maintaining this lovely hotel. The elevators are very quick too and the staff is very accommodating to all needs.
