This was a terrible experience, they didn’t clean the room. The second night an alarm went on for nothing at 3:00 am the day before the Chicago Marathon and woke every one up. The shuttle to the airport was never on time and the drivers were rude and even racist with me and my family (we’re from Mexico). The hotel was cheap but totally not worthy.

Simple, convenient lodging near ORD! My friend and I visited Chicago the weekend of the marathon (for other purposes) and stayed close to ORD for cost and travel ease. The hotel shuttle and lodging costs were the primary draw. Our room was simple and generally clean (a few stray hairs in the bathroom) with some outdated, but useful amenities and fixtures in the rooms. We appreciated the free in-room single-serve coffee maker, the comfortable pillows and mattresses, and the ease of getting to/from the airport and blue line. Thank you to the front desk staff for keeping our luggage stored and tagged while we explored the city hours before our check-in time.

Toilet did not work well in our room.

Clean god hotel. It's old but i liked it and the service and facilities. Pool inside, gym, restaurant and WiFi working true.

Room was very outdated and looked NOTHING like the pictures. Carpet was old and stained everywhere. Walls had paint peeling and water stains. Parking is very far away from building. Store was not stocked. The only thing good about the stay was the staff. They were incredible!

Our family member had a wedding here. We had An amazing stay, wish the balcony patio door wasnt glued shut. But other than that , a great stay, heated pool was nice as well.

It is a tired hotel. But being clean would have helped. Hair in the bathroom. Paint patches on wall. Beds are cheap. Shuttle was on time. Elevator was broken (one).

Pretty clean, hair dryer didn’t work. A little loud since there was a wedding that weekend.

Overall it was fine. The room was dusty around the walls and floor. The outless was falling out of the wall. The toilet wouldnt quit running. The toilet lid didnt fit the toilet. Insode the back of the toilet was black mold. Housekeeping didnt come replace the towels (we stayed 2 nights), i had to call & request. Bed was fine and overall room was fine. Was fine for an over night stay. Noise is not an issue, you can barely hear the planes.

This place was good and close to the airport. The staff was friendly. The restaurants was so busy and not enough staff so we waited a long time. The food was good and staff very kind. The pool was enough for our kids to enjoy. The facilities are well used. The airport shuttle was convenient and the driver was great!

Property needs some modernization and upkeep

Customer service at the front desk was slow and somewhat rude. Fail to ask the questions I needed to about billing and parking and room instructions.

Cockroach in bathroom. First time I’ve seen one in 45 years of traveling.

No microwave or fridge

The hotel was very dirty and outdated. Bed sheet had some blood stains. Dust everywhere. Hair in bathroom. Overwhelming chemical smell. Shuttle person from airport to hotel late at night was unfriendly. No food real food options in the marketplace area after hours.

Hotel is very close to the airport. Free shuttle every 30 minutes.

Property needs major renovation. The toilet seat was all peeled off and disgusting

It was incredibly convenient to go from this hotel to O'Hare for early morning flight - we also appreciated being able to enjoy a glass of wine in the lounge without leaving the property.

We had to walk such a long way for our room. Very poor internet bandwidth in our guest room

Shuttle took 90 minutes, i saw every other one go by twice at O'Hare. Rooms were humid and disgusting. Rude staff. The lobby is okay but don't be fooled, the rooms are horrible

We stayed here three times on our trip because of its proximity to O'Hare. The shuttle ran on time, but timing is essential for the pickup times at the airport. We missed it one time and had to wait almost 30 minutes for the next one. In one of the rooms, the desk lamp was missing a switch and couldn't be turned on. I tried to call the front desk, but the phone didn't work. The maintenance person came quickly after I went down to the front desk. He brought us another lamp. He tried to fix the phone, but it seemed to be a jack problem so that he couldn't repair it then. The website says there is luggage storage, but it is only for a few hours. They won't accept bags for overnight storage. This caused problems because we wanted to leave two large suitcases for two nights. We planned to catch a flight with carry-on bags and return one more night before flying home. We had to call a nearby friend to pick up our bags and bring them back two days later.

Great close to the ohare airport

The property was very nice and clean. The only thing that we would’ve liked to seen different would’ve been a continental breakfast instead of paying for the breakfast at the restaurant.
