The hotel staff were excellent and the location/service was outstanding. That said, I found the room to be in less-than-excellent shape. Both the shampoo and body wash dispensers in the shower were empty, which I only discovered while trying to take a shower. There was food left in the refrigerator from a former guest, the floor lamp's plug was completely bent (which required a maintenance person to come fix), and the desk chair was built for someone smaller than me and was painfully uncomfortable. The recliner also did not want to stay closed. The air conditioner was incredibly loud. And the two glasses in the kitchenette were so tiny, the people on my Zoom call thought I was taking shots. That said, the airport shuttle was 24-hours on demand, and from the time I requested it until they showed up (at 6:00 am) was about 3 minutes -- impressive. The shuttle driver was incredibly kind and helpful. This was an uneven stay, but I'm not completely unhappy with it.

Very convenient if you need a place near the airport. Room was quite and clean and the staff was great. Hotel itself could use a little refreshing. Showing some wear.

The atmosphere was comfortable, the staff were very friendly and helpful and I felt like I was at home staying here. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place to stay.

This is a terrific little property. It’s budget oriented and has a great vibe. Would it lack in bling and design appeal, it makes up for In the amazing staff, a great shuttle from the airport and basic comfort highly recommended.

Front desk VERY friendly! When I asked for refill on body soap, they were quick to accommodate. Very convenient location to Allstate Arena & all my favorite Asian stops in Niles, Schaumburg & Arlington Heights. Have stayed here 3 times in the last 6 months for Kpop concerts & will be returning again for my next adventure!!

No lamps on the side of the bed, so it was inconvenient. We didn't realize that the temperature control was on the wall. We were trying to change the setting on the radiator. The shower curtain was flimsy and frayed at the bottom.

The room was large and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioning in the room made a lot of noise. That combined with the blinking light in the smoke detector made it hard to sleep. Additionally the toilet had an issue where the tank would leak when flushed. I mentioned this to the hotel at checkout and they apologized for it and said they would fix it.

Great location. I really enjoyed the free shuttle bus to & from airport

We missed a connection and had to spend the night at ORD. Your hotel was very functional with comfy bed. We noticed bathroom floor dirty. Over all, kind of a dingy, older hotel.....kind of like it has seen better days. But like I said, the bed was comfy and clean.

Older reflagged property but in very good condition. Bed was comfortable, lots of desk space. Staff was friendly, but the airport shuttle is run by the parking lot next door and is a bit understaffed. Parking was free so if you have a rental car it's not an issue.

The staff was very friendly, and the place was also pet friendly, which was a plus for us. The rooms could use some updating for sure but everything you need. Is there down to a laundry basket, dishwasher, and supplies that you need for the kitchen, which was a huge plus! As a travel nurse this will be the perfect spot for someone on assignment because there is nothing that you don’t need. That’s not available and that’s always a plus when you’re traveling with family.

The layout was very nice with kitchen and refrigerator. Bathroom water pressure was out of this world. There was even a recliner but it wouldn't close (missing screws). The sofa bed mattress was a little soiled.
