The room was really clean and well stocked. We got there early and they put us in a room before check in time. We had just got off a 8hr flight. This was very much appreciated!!

The tv didn't work. There was no hot water when I arrived. No freezer to freeze my icepacks. I travel with insulin. Not a great experience.

My reservation was arriving Friday and leaving on Sunday. I called on Friday (they say we were supposed to arrive) to tell the property I will be arriving until Saturday and asked to hold my reservation. I arrived on Saturday to try to check in and my room was no longer available. Front desk and management were kind to find us a room in another property but the experience was truly uncomfortable. Not what we expected from a trustworthy hotel chain as Best Western.

The hotel was better than I expected. Besides the loud guests, I had no specific issues with the hotel and the accommodations itself. I would recommend others to stay and I would stay here again.

We stayed 2 nights and barely had signal so we could not watch tv, and when we rest we like to watch tv and also we could not use the computer enough because of the signal, we complain but they Say it was the signal.

Great location rooms are nice and comfortable the only issue is that we weren't notified of modifications being done to the hotel and were awakened in the morning with banging and shouting of the worker's.

The hotel looks antique however it is clean. Breakfast is as American standar however it is not clear when service ends; looks like 9:30 AM but there is not enough variety around 9:10 AM and personnel start collecting all stuff even when people is still sit on chairs and still eating. Rooms are really clean and frontdesk personnel do help about your questions and needed support. The place is near a lot of stores even reachable walking.

Due to a large group of people staying at the hotel for a softball tournament, they left all the common areas dirty, the ice machines empty, and the trash bins overflowing. My son contracted conjunctivitis in the pool, and he is still experiencing discomfort.

Check in and out was super easy and quick. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed one night, there was one noise problem in the shopping center at the back of the hotel, but the staff handled it quickly and we had a very peaceful night. The room was clean, breakfast was good, we will most definitely stay again.

Everything was going as planed buy at the time of leaving the hotel I was in a hurry and I forgot my Phone I noticed it right away but I check with another device and showed that it was at the hotel I went to do what I needed to do thinking that I was going to get it back I remember where I left it and everything but no they said that no one found anything I don’t like problems but I do report them and they where aggressive when I came back so I did not get my phone back
