The lobby was nice upon initial walk in but once we got to the room it was very unclean. The bathtub had not been cleaned in quite a while, there was body hair in front of the tub, the floors were not vacuumed and it was dusty everywhere. We were staying as part of a group and everyone we talked to had the same thoughts. The pool was closed, which made our children very angry. The carpets needed cleaned in all areas. The staff was decent. My family decided that if we are ever in Rawlins again we will not be staying in this hotel.

The room could use a deep clean as i noticed that there was dust on the towel bar and the light bars as well as the hotel carpets, etc. The bed was comfortable and great selection of pillows and clean towels. The water is VERY hot. I didn't catch his name, but the breakfast area attendant is wonderful. He greeted everyone individually, walked through the breakfast options and ensured everything was stocked. There was even almond milk. We will be back.

I booked his hotel while traveling to help my daughters move across country. Unfortunately, I had car trouble and was unable to make the reservation. These people have zero empathy for anyone having trouble and decided to charge me the full rate for the booking. They fleeced me out of hundreds of dollars. No flexibility, no compassion, zero empathy . I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

The room was dirty. The floor was made of hardwood floors that felt grimy and sandy, like they weren’t swept. Behind the window curtains were these tiny bugs flying around. And the bath tub drain had gunk/debris stuck to the bottom so it drained slowly. I used 6 bathroom towels to lay on the floor so my feet wouldn’t feel dirty.

I was on a road trip of the west for 16 days and this was the best hotel I stayed at. Large clean room with fridge and great tv (there were actually channels worth watching) beautiful indoor pool and hot tub, bar and restaurant. I highly recommend staying here

The standard 2 queen bed rooms are larger than most. The bedsheet and pillows felt clean and fresh. The staff at the breakfast hours was super friendly and attentive. He went around to greet each customer who came to the morning breakfast. He told jokes!

The front of the property has been updated but the rooms still need help. We stayed two nights and our trash and towels were never picked up. We were locked out the second night and had to have our keys redone even though our stuff was still in our room. The air never did work right either. I would not recommend.

Good hotel. Quite and comfortable. Only issue was the toliet. Bathroom was rather small and the toliet was the smallest possible in the world. Practically sitting at floor level. However lobby was really nice, and breakfast was resturant quality.
