Quiet part of town.

This hotel is extremely inaccessible. We have a disabled child and are traveling with two cats and several suitcases. We got put in the first floor, which you have to either use stairs to get to or, try to use a ramp that is broken and jagged. My parents room had a random stove in it that didn’t have a hood and also didn’t close all the way. The luggage carts are bigger than the front doors so it was very hard to unload and load. I also asked to pay the pet fee on a different card, handed them the card and they still charged the card on file instead of the one I handed them. Additionally they will automatically charge you at 4pm even if you haven’t made it in yet. I had wanted to pay with a different card and Expedia wouldn’t let me change it they told me the hotel would just let me give them a different card when I arrived. But the hotel charged me after 4pm. The rooms also smelt stale like they hadn’t been opened in a month. And there was no screen on our window so we could not open it,

This property appears to be in a completely deteriorated condition. The outside is a mess the room we had was in terrible condition and the sheets had stains on them from I do not know what. I hate to give this kind of feedback but "Quality" does does not fit into any description of this property.

Beds had blood stain on the sheets. When we went to management they questioned what we wanted them to do instead of taking initiative.

Luckily we were only staying one night. The room was dirty and old and run down. The beds were about as uncomfortable as you can get. There was nobody at the desk when we arrived or when we left. None of the exterior doors around the building locked even though there were signs that said to use your key card to open the door as the doors are locked for your safety. Anyone could come into the building at any time which was a scary thought in what looked like not the safest area of town. I have stayed at Quality Inns before but this was by far the worst.

We checked out other hotels in the area that were way above what we wanted to spend for a short stop over. The Quality Inn was located in an older looking part of town but had the best price around for a decent night’s stay. There was a steak house within steps of the hotel that was wonderful.

check in was good, we didt like the fact that breakfast was at 7 am...we were just passing through and like to be up and eating at 6 so we can be on the road at 6:30.

You can hear the shower, TV, talks from next door. Running water in shower and toilets make too Much noise. Attendant are not available. Leaving morning coffee in dispenser till evening. Property needs better management for the customers.

Staff at front desk was very helpful. Help care a bag upstairs and recommended a great restaurant.

Would not recommend ever again!!

Website offered breakfast so I booked online, at check in I asked about breakfast and was told it was from 7 to 9, in the morning I went down for breakfast and was told the don’t serve breakfast because of plumbing issues. The staff is nice but the hotel is poor at best and the beds are very uncomfortable.

Arrived later (1145pm ish) rang bell, lady came out first told us we didn’t have a reservation then found it. Gave us a key card and no other info. Room was quite cold until we got the heater going, wasn’t given a password for internet and didn’t find out till 730 the next morning that they were having plumbing issues and couldn’t do breakfast. Different customers were at the desk asking and when they rang the bell she yelled “who is it” then when she finally came out and they asked she responded with “I told you that yesterday.”

Very clean, good beds but the wifi didn't work, the tv remote was missing, the room heater was sluggish and took forever to warm the room up. The room phone was non functional so you couldn't call the front desk which wasn't manned anyway. Breakfast bar was under construction and they put little gift bags with juice boxes and granola bars in the room. Very reasonably priced and will be much better service when the renovations are complete. The shower was great, new tile and great pressure.

Nothing worked the tv, no coffee in the room coffee maker but no coffee. I couldn't find the the plug for the bathtub. Nobody at the front desk.

The ceiling in the bathroom was covered with mold.

They could not find my reservation. So they had to do a walk in check in. Almost charged me to much.

No one was at the desk when we arrived. We had to call a number and the ‘boss’ was shopping. Finally man who had limited English came and showed us a very unsatisfactory room which we turned down. He then showed us a nice room. When the ‘boss’ showed up she refused to compensate us for the the frustrating check-in and was quite rude. We were very tired and did not need this problem. The person in the morning was wonderful as was the breakfast.

Ok hotel. There is no elevator so if you stay on the 2nd floor you’ll have to take all your luggage up the stairs. It’s a little noisy and the bathroom need some serious upgrade and proper cleaning.

Didn’t like where it was low lighting felt unsafe going out side and employee didn’t know much English Or wouldn’t give you change for vending machines not a fan of this place at all

Front desk gentleman didn't speak or understand English. The room was dirty.. except the bedding was clean. Bathroom was the dirtiest.

Didn't like NO elevator! Parking lot was not all paved! Breakfast didn't start until 7:00. Most travelers wanted to get up and start traveling before then. The person checking us in couldn't speak English and needed to buzz for help! Hot water was cool and cold water in self serve drink area near check in desk was luke warm. Even though it is "self serve" the workers should check to see the dispensers are appropriately filled with hot and cold as labeled.

I’m sorry to say that this is a dirty rundown and walk up to my door two time and couldn’t even get in the room key didn’t work and the hall way stunk like piss and I did not stay in left And would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy

Manager was horrendous. I won’t even waste my time to explain the situation it was that ridiculous. I will say this, i stay in hotels about 200 days a year, now in all truth they are normally marriotts. I have never in my 50 years of travel whether for business or personal have I ever been “kicked” out but none the less this is what occurred. I was screamed at in the lobby, literally chased down the hall being screamed at. This was the most disgusting, embarrassing and unprofessional occurrence I have encountered. And just for the record this place was not clean or a place I would have chosen normally anyway so I was more than happy to get a refund and leave.

Bathtub was gross. It’s plastic and the cut a section out and patched it and it looks like it’s been like that for awhile because it’s discolored. Not sure if we had fresh sheets or not. Small tv and run down. Front desk attendant did not ask for credit card which is unusual when you book online and offered no receipt.

The staff was nice enough, but smelled of cigarettes, as did the hallway. The room didnt smell, thankfully, but it was very dirty. I had to ask them to vacuum the room, there was dry mud all over the floor. It obviously hadn't been vacuumed in a while. The bathroom was horrible. The beds were very comfortable though.

I would never recommend this motel to anyone traveling. It’s dirty and rundown. The facility is in a neighborhood that is degrading. I can go into more details on how dirty it was, but I don’t want to gross anyone out.

Would not recommend this property. The property condition was pretty poor and very dirty. Staff however was friendly. The night auditor wasn’t dressed properly for the position and was rather provocative.
