It was a great stay

Hotel was nice

So the fire alarm went off twice and it was so loud and pretty much damaged my eardrums and woke me up out of my sleep. This happened twice. Then there was no water from around 11-2 which was very ridiculous to me. Other than those issues the stay was great.

I like the hotel. Been here several times. It’s always a good stay. My one negative point is that the pillows all sink and provide zero neck support. Having options for pillows would be welcomed.

Great location and great product overall!

Front desk was rude and unaccommodating. Didn’t ask for ID or incidental card on check in. Almost everyone was not wearing anything indicating they worked for Hilton, not even a name tag. When I was informed my card didn’t go through even though I booked through a 3rd party and I needed to be billed again, the name tag became extra concerning. I had already been billed as well. Other staff encounter in the elevator used profanity and complained randomly about refusing to clean up after us even though we were on our way to our room for the first time.

This exceeded our expectations: A garden setting right next to the highway. Easy on and off. Very friendly staff. Would stay again.

The hotel said they did not have a room for us. They said Expedia should not have processed the transaction.

The property was clean, there was ample parking

I stayed at this property with my husband and 2 year old daughter. I picked this property over staying at the airport because it was close to family and i figured it would be a lot better than staying at the airport. When i walked into the lobby it was set up very nice. When i walked to the counter 2 employees were standing there talking about a previous customer so i wasnt greeted right away or told that they would be right with me. After getting my room number my family and i went to our room it was a little warm so we turning the air on. I dont know if the air was having problems but it never got cold in our room. I have a 2 year old who is curious about everything so the wall in the bathroom with the exposed pipe and filling i didnt find very safe. Not to mention it didnt look very good either . This room wasnt cheap for the price i could have stayed at the airport and got free breakfast for my family and I. Unfortunately i wouldnt recommend this property to anyone.

It was perfect

Non functioning refrigerator, no bedsheet or comforter for sofa bed. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. No commercial channel on TV.

Not as good as I would have liked it but be. The bathtubs don't come with anti slip mats anymore, you have to call down for them and it took an hour and a half for me to get it. The TV and streaming services weren't working and when I called down about I got no help
