We entered the room and there was hardly any room for the wheel thair and there was a sharp cornered shelf right over the handicap bar. My sister hit her head and because it was done by a third party they would not give us a discout because my sister wouldnt stay the second night.

Opened the door to our room and beds were stripped, comforters and pillows on the chair, no sheets. Room wasn't ready. Front desk lady was very apologetic and nice. The hotel was in poor condition and not very clean. The only thing I can say that is positive is the shower had great water pressure would NOT recommend this hotel.

There was a youth hockey team staying at the hotel. They were in the hall right outside our door playing floor hockey. The manager on duty was notified and took action, but that only temporarily stopped them. Parents and children were in the hallways until 2 in the morning making noise. I feel like management should have taken action with the parents, explaining hotel policy instead of throwing their hands up and saying “it’s what sports teams do.” I realize that they make a lot of money off of these bookings, but we also paid for our room.
Also, due to the fact they were catering to this team, our room was not ready at 4p.m. when we arrived, we had to wait 45 minutes. Overall a very unpleasant stay and I should probably get a refund because the hotel did not honor their booking by allowing other guests to circumvent the policies.

It was a last minute reservation for our trip. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a beautiful view of Balloon Fiesta Park. They were very accommodating and helpful our entire stay.

Nice people. Tired property. Missing tv remote. Bearing out on bathroom fan making a terribl noisr. Bathroom door was substantially warp on the bathroom side. Tile piece had fallen off the wall. New tile was installed the bathtub/shower but they had not caulked between tile and tub.

It was in a convient location, very quiet an comfortable. Staff were very friendly an efficient. The one thing I didnt like was the slow drain in the bathtub, I believe it was clogged with hair. Maybe maintenance or housekeeping should clear them out.

Friendly staff and clean, comfortable room. The hotel is basic and some fixtures in the room are a bit worn, but nothing concerning. We were thrilled to see several hot air balloons launch very near the hotel in the morning as we went to breakfast. The area around the hotel is mixed, with some cool dining options but also some sketchy industrial areas that didn’t make me want to walk my dog too far at night. The hotel fitness center was a nice place to work out and there was a laundry and pool available as well.

I like this place and have stayed several times. Unfortunately, the bathtub didn't drain very well. It filled half full by the time the shower was done. They did offer to change our room or send a maintenance man up to the room. We were on our way out for dinner so we declined. Overall, they were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Do plan to stay there again in the future.

Staff was fantastic, the beds were comfortable and clean, the breakfast was well supplied. Whoever did the tile and trim work in the bathroom did not do a good job. There is some updating that needs to be done throughout the hotel. The pool was closed for maintenance, but that was not a huge deal to us. The area around the hotel was nice and quiet (a big plus)!

Host was awesome. Alejandra i think was her name. Very friendly. Easy check in is always best. Gave us all the info on pool time breakfast time. She even went to check our room personally so see if it was ready. Breakfast was delicious and clean.
