Location was good and employees were great.
The breakfast was??? But the coffee was really good.
The bathrooms are pretty small. Could use updating .

We had room 117 for our son . Wet spots on the carpet in the bedroom and mold on the wall by the bed. Water damage in bathroom . Door frame to bathroom rusted, warped and wouldn’t close, wood on door peeling from water damage, bathroom was dirty , mold spots in bathroom ceiling.

Nice location, close to balloon fiesta park. We could see the balloons from the parking lot and room. Daily hot breakfat was great & it was served extra early so that anyone going to the park could get a good meal prior to setting out for the morning! Disappointed that laundry facilities weren't ready yet. Close to eateries and attractions. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

The pool was WAY over chlorinated. And the bathroom was super small.

Didn't have breakfast cause we got up late and room was very comfortable
The pool being closed when I wanted to swim in the morning but it's ok I understand that the pool and hot tub need cleaning so very understandable

All of the hotel staff were absolutely wonderful! And our room and the entire hotel was clean. I would definitely stay here again, and the price was decent.

online it says noon check out. at the property it’s 11am and when you ask for later check out they only allowed half hour. I was also displeased with the fact housekeeping didn’t knock before attempting to enter on day of check out, at 11.

The person who checked us in was not kind or helpful. The bedding had all kinds of stains. And the room smelled really bad. Overall the room and restroom were pretty dusty and dirty. Based on the price i thought it would be a good stay but i will Definitely not be staying here again. I wish i would have read the reviews before staying.
