Staff was very helpful and friendly. It was my husband's and i first time on Aruba and at a adult only resort. We absolutely loved it. Can't wait to come back!!!

Paid for a suite door never worked … staff was not accommodating Issues with the airport and they were not helpful

So the property is old and it shows. Everything is moist in the room at all times. There was a red light on the alarm that was bright red and it kept me awake. I asked them to at least put tape on it and they never did. The bed was hard and they give you a thin blanket. The shower was amazing I’d give that 5 stars. The food is good but repetitive every night. You have to be at the beach and pool early to get a chair! The drinks are ok. This is a party place not really a relax and chill place. The staff was nice and work really hard.

First class comfort of any resort we have stayed!

From the moment we arrived we were greeted with glasses of champagne. Rooms were ready promptly which were cleaned daily. Staff was very kind and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was a HIT, especially the hash browns. Lunch buffet was also delicious. Only thing I would recommend would be reservations for dinner.

My room was very clean and spacious. Everything was near by Thank you Riu Palace 🙏

The staff was superb —— very friendly and helpful. The food was decent, and some days our dining experience was better than others. However, that might be because of personal taste, or just the dislike of repetition. Overall, a beautiful place for vacation!

resort is old, restaurant options limited, have to wait in line as no reservations are expected.

They gave us the wrong room and told us to take it up with Expedia even though we paid for something else. The next day they did later change us out

Let’s start with the hot lobby to check in. Then move onto the snail speed the front desk works at. Upgraded to a junior suite but was more like an economy Motel 6 on the side of an interstate. Then the lack of food selection was extremely disappointing. If I would have never stayed at a Riu, I would never go back to a Riu but I’ve stay at Rius in Cancun, Jamaica, Nassau, and Cabo. It took all of two seconds when opened the door to our “Junior suite “, I had gotten taken advantage of. Would definitely recommend Aruba to my friends and family but never the Riu. I have stayed at least a dozen Rius and will definitely go back but never to that sh@t hole of a place.

Didn’t like the construction site next to resort, but understand that’s not the RIU fault.

Overall, we had a great time and everything was wonderful. My only complaint is that I feel the pool should stay open later especially since it’s adults only. 6 pm is way too early to close the pool for adults especially when they’re away on vacation. Also, more seating for the steakhouse and Italian restaurants so people are not waiting a few hours to eat or needing to stand in line an hour early just to eat. Other than that I’d definitely return and recommend the RIU. The food was very delicious especially in the buffet.

Staff was wonderful. Was expecting better food. Best restaurant was Krystal fusion. Steak house and Italian and Buffett are average. Be ready to get in line 545pm to get a buzzer for Italian and make reservations at other restaurants. You can not do on the app in ur phone. We definitely drank our moneys worth in alcohol! Excellent location. Beach and pools are right there.

I Liked the whole thing overall, but I have to agree with others about the accessibility of the specialty restaurants. I didn't have a problem until I was leaving, I called for a bellman to come and get my bag and I had to call again, finally he came after I waited fo 45 minutes ,When I went downstairs to check out I still had some time before my ride to the airport came, so I went to have a drink at the bar, went I went to leave they couldn't find my bag, it turns out that they put it on the wrong bus to the airport, needless to say I was not Happy.

I will recommend this hotel to everyone. We love the room ,restaurants,beach facilities and location.

Overall loved the hotel , everyone was very pleasant and helpful . The only thing we didn’t like was the bed was hard and uncomfortable, along with the pull out sofa , which was very uncomfortable to sit on when not pulled out

This property is excellent, staff is amazing and very helpful at all times. The pool bar staff were incredible!! Kudos to them. Beach is very close to the pool, accesible to other places as well. The only thing I will change is the AC in the room is preset so you can’t lower it below 20 degrees. Other people may don’t care about that but for us was a bit hot at night specially after a day at the sun. I will let people chose they preferable temp! Other than that everything was perfect from the staff to the food!

This was our first time in Aruba. We had a great time. Loved the turquoise waters … can’t wait to do it again but longer stay the next time we go there.

You can tell this resort has aged and its need of urgent repairs. The swim up bar pool had loose tiles and styrofoam pieces in the water. The food was mediocre. Entertainment was good and staff was pleasant. Overall I made it a great trip.

We did not enjoy our stay at this property. We chose this property because it was one of the few adult only options in the area. We were truly disappointed with the accommodations and overall experience at this property. The rooms are super basic. We paid for an ocean view suite and wound up with a suite facing the back of the hotel. When we arrived we were not served a welcome drink that we saw others with later that week. Our room had no tv remote. It took us two days before we finally received a remote. The bathroom was really hot, so hot that we had to shower with the door open to let the AC into the bathroom. The food was mid. The highlight of the property was the beach front area. The staff was very nice as well! Another issue was the horrible smell in the hallways. It’s clear they haven’t washed the carpets in years - it smells like mold and mildew. There was mold in the shower as well. We also noticed that they would only give us one hand rag when the room was cleaned. We called the front desk and requested more towels but they never came. The room service was no good. They had a limited menu and the quality of the food was bad. We wound up eating dinner out every night as we weren’t happy with the food options. If you’re seeking a good place to stay - this isn’t it.

Everything was excellent the staff was very polite and attentive. Jacquelina was very helpful and assisted with my room change from a villa to a suite when i wasnt to thrilled with my room.

Great stay, great location and great service . Davidson and Randy were exceptional at the resort . I would like recommend RIU Antilles to friends and family .

Why are we giving a terrible review? We had a trip to Aruba scheduled for our 25th wedding anniversary and while we were sitting at the airport waiting...our flight got canceled and the airline could not get us another flight to Aruba. So, we never made it to the hotel and could not get a refund or credit to come at a later date. So I paid $2400.00 to stay home. I have stayed at RIU hotels for the past 15 years and will never book with them or expedia again.

Property was very nice bartenders were great especially Kenneth at the lobby bar Food was average House keeper for our room was excellent Everyone went out of there way to make sure we had a good time

It was a beautiful resort but all inclusive is not necessary in Aruba, so many great food options off the resort
