It was so bad, that I did not stay... It was really really bad. When I approach the front desk, the lady was nice and welcoming, she immediately gave me the room number key card, so it was quite fast. She gave the 161 room number.  So when I drive to the closest place that I can access the aisle that can take me to the room, which by the way, was not near and there were several steps to reach the room. Also just to mention it, there is no cart or anything to help you carry on your luggage to your room, no ramps either, so a cart is out of the picture. When I presented the key card in the door lock, it unlocked and when I pushed the door I could not get in the room because there was a couple of persons already in the room, the guy ask me what room do I have and I told him 161, and he said, well I had room 162,  but my key card did not open 162, so I tried 161 and it did open... so as you can imagine that is an unacceptable situation, how can you stay in a room with such a security mistake. So, when I got back to the front desk the lady said, seemed surprised, but her solution was "well I can give you 162"... I could not believe it.  When I asked her for a different room in a different building, she said that I had to pay more. Even though I gave them opportunity to fix the situation .. she did not simpatice with the real security breach they have.  Also the hotel is very very dark, feels and look creepy. I am confident that hotels.com will help me with this matter.

Property was ok but the need new toilets the toilets are really old and dirty and hardly flush , the are kind of clogged

Cleanliness in the(2) room was average.The grouds was not as shown on the photos,,the so call balcony or deck needed much attention n maintenence. In the room there's no drressers,,or hooks in the bathroom to hang the towels. The breakfast room was in back of the Motels parking and it was plain waffles or pancakes,coffee, ceral y bananas or apples. The first room we were assigned the toilet flooded n the vanity sink The location is close to restaurants n the highway. I guess you get what you pay for.

Nothing is ever perfect but I enjoyed my stay with comfort and peace. Parking is a Little funky but it was doable. I will definitely stay again.

the bathroom light doesn’t work, the bathroom was leaking water as well, and the floor was all wet. There was no soap for shower.

The toilet seat was unstable. I have booked several different types of rooms (upstairs) here but alway end up in the same location downstairs.

Very nice hotel, beautiful relaxing garden in the back, well maintained swimming poor. Snacks and drinks in the evening. Clean floor, nice to see no carpet but clean flooring, no dust and no allergies? Excellent hotel.

The garden, hot tub, and play ground are awesome to keep the kids content also.

Was there twice on business, property is older but is well kept. Staff were very polite and helpful.
