Beautiful, large suite. Nice bedroom and nice clean bathroom. Extremely close to downtown White Plains and walking is no problem. MANY restaurants within walking distance. Very CLOSE TO THE TRANSPORTATION CENTER. A great down town hotel

It was a wonderful stay. The breakfast offered was not what i expected. They had eggs, bacon, sausage and even waffles. Eveyone was polite and friendly.

Hotel was very spacious, and clean and near merto north train station which is very nice.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel, but we were a bit disappointed with the use of disposable cutlery and plates. For a hotel in this price range, we expected more sustainable solutions. It would be great if they could use reusable alternatives to reduce waste and be more environmentally friendly. Otherwise, the rooms were comfortable and the staff was friendly.

Nice spacious room. Attentive and helpful staff. A couple relatively minor criticisms (that would not keep me from coming back!) are: a) the AC system in the room was very loud and ran continuously to maintain 70 degrees & b) the scrambled eggs (a main breakfast item for most people) in the buffet tastes like boxed powered eggs to which water was added. They didn't exactly remind me of "cage free" eggs as their label indicated. Perhaps making some shredded cheese available to add on top would help!?

First of all, no personal safe in the room. Secondly, The bathroom lights are insufficient, very poor lighting.
When I arrived the driveway was blocked by 2 cars & a truck. I had to leave my car in the middle of the street to check in. The staff is very nice, friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast was good and convenient. Front desk staff not as friendly. Did not get a greeting or even a simple welcoming smile. Your staff sets the tone for a pleasant stay and unfortunately that did not happen. I've stayed here before

The room was nice and comfortable. It was freezing when I entered. Shower was too hard too tall and hard to operate for me. Breakfast had a lot of choices and it was pleasant. Workout room was nice and clean.Wish there was a swimming pool for the cost of the room. Good location.

Late at night, I heard an old guy blowing the nose several times, thinking that must have been from the next room. It was quite loud and I was very scared because I was staying at the hotel by myself.
About 20 years ago, I stayed at the same hotel and remember that I was super satisfied with everything thing there, and that’s why I chose this hotel this time. Unfortunately almost everything was the same as before. Considering the rate I paid, I do hope the security staff will be better at this hotel in the near future such as checking every visitor at the reception, such as finding out the reason for their visit, whom they are visiting, and how long they will stay there, etc.

The suite I was in had everything I needed and was extremely clean. The kitchen had all accommodations and was easy to utilize. It was amazingly quiet and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay very much and would absolutely recommend. I’ll definitely be back.

My only recommendation is for your staff to not wear perfume or cologne. The entire check in area smelled so strongly of perfume if was extremely offensive and many people are sensitive to perfumes.

There is building around the property and it is noisy and neighborhood not safe. No heat for two nights and staff was not accommodating or helpful. Terrible experience.

Outstanding value, friendly staff, perfect location. I couldn't believe how big the room(s) were. We wanted to go to NYC every day, and it was only a 5 min walk to the metro station. Perfect!
